While specific details about the interior environment of this particular Vancouver Panda Express are not extensively described in the provided reviews, Panda Express restaurants generally feature a casual and efficient setup. Customers typically order their food cafeteria-style from a visible selection of dishes, and seating is available for those who wish to dine in. The focus is usually on a quick and convenient dining experience.

In terms of services, Panda Express is known for offering multiple options to cater to different customer needs. These typically include dine-in and takeout services. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on all available services, it is recommended to contact the restaurant directly.

Customer experiences at the NE 78th St Panda Express, as reflected in the reviews, indicate some concerns regarding portion sizes and the quality of takeout orders. One customer who ordered a protein plate with grilled chicken expressed disappointment with the portion size they received (9oz) compared to the 12oz advertised for two portions on the website. This discrepancy raised concerns about consistency and whether they had been similarly under-portioned in previous orders. This review highlights the importance of accurate portioning, especially for customers with specific dietary needs or expectations based on advertised information.

Another customer shared a highly negative experience with a takeout order that included chow mein. They reported that the chow mein they received consisted "pretty much all vegetables" with a lack of noodles. This significant discrepancy in the composition of a standard dish was a major disappointment, especially as it was for their son's birthday. The customer stated that the dish was inedible due to the lack of noodles and ended up throwing it away. This review underscores the potential for inconsistencies in food preparation, particularly for takeout orders where issues may not be apparent until the customer has left the premises.

The two provided reviews, while limited in number, both point to potential issues with this Panda Express location. One highlights concerns about accurate portioning of protein, while the other describes a significant problem with the quality and composition of a takeout dish. These experiences suggest that customers should be mindful of potentially receiving less food than expected or encountering issues with the preparation of certain items, especially when ordering for takeout.

Currently, no specific promotional information for the Panda Express at 408 NE 78th St in Vancouver has been provided in the reviews. Panda Express as a chain frequently offers various promotions, which can include limited-time menu items, family meal deals, or discounts available through their app or website. To stay informed about any current promotions or special offers at this particular location, it is advisable to check the official Panda Express website or contact the restaurant directly.

In conclusion, Panda Express on NE 78th St in Vancouver offers a convenient option for those seeking American Chinese fast-casual cuisine, with services including takeout and likely dine-in. However, recent customer reviews indicate potential concerns regarding the accuracy of portion sizes, particularly for protein-focused orders, and the quality and composition of takeout dishes like chow mein. Potential customers may want to be aware of these recent experiences when deciding whether to visit and perhaps consider checking their orders before leaving the restaurant, especially for takeout. For the most accurate information on their menu, services, and any ongoing promotions, contacting the restaurant directly is recommended.

Love the food but you guys skimp on the portions on your website it says it’s 12oz for two portions of grilled chicken but I was given 9oz. Might not be a big deal to you guys but I’m specifically getting the protein plate so it would be nice to get all the protein I paid for. Now I’m wondering how many times you’ve guys done this to me lol

Super disappointed, we ordered take out and we must have gotten the last of the chow mein because it was pretty much all vegetables. If I would have been there in person I would have said something but since we picked it up and didn't know until we got home, it was frustrating. For my son's birthday. And we couldn't even pick through to get noodles. It went in the trash.

I have been coming to panda for years now and they recently just changed their portion sizing I believe because now every time I go there, I get literally the smallest scoop of chicken. This is ridiculous. Also, my husband got teriyaki chicken and they keep forgetting to put his teriyaki sauce in the bag. How are you going to eat teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce?? Lol

Put in my order, was told hold on, while I assumed he checked if there was enough orange chicken, was told ok to continue if there was anything else I wanted.... Get home and I have a portion and a half of orange chicken, it's cold, and it's mostly the tiny crunchy nuggets with no real meat in them. Just tell me there isn't enough I could have ordered something else. It was dinner time so I assume more was on, I could have waited too. It seems they tried to make up for it with noodles???? Lame.

Do not eat here! Or at least stay away from the Orange Chicken and Chow Mien. My husband and I have been sick for 2 days after eating it. Yes, we reflected on what we ate that day and unfortunately it had to be the chicken or noodles. We will not be back.
