I had a great experience. We were in the area and hungry we decided to try this location. The food is great and very flavorfull. the service is fast. I love the fact that you can see your food being made and prepared. I'm happy to see that the workers are wearing gloves and masks, I'd recommend for anyone to come for a quick bite to eat. This review has been viewed over 2,119 times. I've been going to this Panda Express for years now, we used to live down the street from 163rd Street Mall. The establishment is clean and organized, we didn't need to use the restrooms because we ordered out, however we know it's clean because we peaked through an open door. We definitely observed all their fire and emergency equipment, and all their codes are up to date. The restaurant manager was very kind and humble, she gave us attention and customer service. We really wish other restaurants would follow your guidelines and corporate standards. Thank you for having hand sanitizer, thank you for your transparency, and thank you for your kindness. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of our top main focuses because of demographics. This location is the best! I usually go to the Hollywood location, but not anymore. This place is like a well oiled machine. The entire staff including management is ok point. Food quality is a five. Service is a five. Cleanliness is a five. Size of the large sodas huge see pic. I like how the tables are farther apart than in some restaurants I've been to lately. Plenty of seating. Line moves quickly. Noodles over rice. Orange chicken all day! That beef I get is fire. Thank me later!

What a disappointment! Having had american and authentic chinese foor my whole life, I decided to try this location. Big mistake! Other than the fact that the food was bad - burnt chicken and so called 'chow mein' noodles and oversalted spring rolls, what turned me off the most was service and dirt. Unsanitary trays, overflowing garbage, nasty oily floors, disgusting tables and leftover customer food lying around. The prize goes to the staff. I was rushed to order by three different people, and when I asked a question - the 'lady' rolled her eyes and simply walked away from taking my order. I called her out on it said did you actually just do that? She was gone. Next one came, half the attitude, but I really felt like just walking out. I will NEVER give this place my business! Worst off, I asked if they gave Shanghai noodles, and was laughed at. This isn't a chinese food stop, go elsewhere.

Food is garbage. Who eats this stuff.. Dried teriyaki chicken, shriveled to death asparagus and the worse part nobody talks to you, even the manager, walks away and don't talks to you, like you're a loser. Go to a real Chinese restaurant and stop buying garbage 3 entrees... you put this poison in your stomach, disgusting... I hope they go out of business...
