Based on recent online reviews, customers have expressed considerable dissatisfaction with this particular Panda Express location. One reviewer, a family who considers Panda Express a "staple," reported a negative experience with the food, describing the chow mein as dry and seemingly old, and the orange chicken as overcooked. They also mentioned the high cost of their meal and their disappointment at being denied a refund for uneaten food.
Multiple reviews highlight significant issues with customer service. One customer explicitly warned that "customer service sucks incredibly bad." Another detailed an experience of being completely ignored by three visible employees despite the store not being busy, waiting for almost five minutes at the counter without any acknowledgment before leaving. This reviewer felt their presence was entirely disregarded and chose to take their business elsewhere.
Further concerns were raised about the employees' attentiveness and professionalism. One review described employees being preoccupied with personal interactions or slow in assisting customers, leading to a negative overall impression of the service. The collective feedback suggests potential issues with both food quality and a lack of attentiveness and poor customer service at this Panda Express location in Provo.

Customer Reviews
Very disappointed because Panda Express is a staple in our family. Got one plate of chow mein and two sides of orange chicken for our family. It was $30 which is a lot in my opinion. The Chowmein was dry almost tasted old like it was sitting for a long time. And the orange chicken was over cooked. This is the worst experience I’ve had with fast food. I don’t complain much. But when we tried asking for a refund as we didn’t eat it, they said no. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.
Beware, customer service sucks incredibly bad. With four visible employees in the store, you would think that would be enough, not here. They weren't even busy and three of them walked right next to me and yet zero of them acknowledge that I even existed. I waited, standing at the counter, for almost 5 minutes fully unacknowledged before I just left. They don't deserve my money if they can't even acknowledge my presence when I have given them plenty of time and opportunity. Maybe they're just not good at their job, because one guy helped a couple get one thing the whole entire time and still wasn't done. The other guy was too busy flirting with a girl in line to pick up her delivery order or something. The girl there just walked around the dining room and swept, not talking to anyone, and not even looking up and smiling at people. I thought for a minute the cook would say something to me when he walked to look at the food real quick that I was standing right next to, but no. I opened my mouth about to say something right when he turned on his heel and turned away to continue working. He didn't even look up at me. It's sad if this is how service workers treat customers. I love to tip and I love to be respectful, but this was terrible. One of the worst Pandas I've ever been to.
I recently visited Panda Express, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions of delicious food. The variety offered allowed me to create a satisfying meal, and each dish was bursting with flavor. The combination of quality ingredients and quick service made it a delightful dining experience.
This panda is hit and miss. Sometimes you’ll get super fresh stuff, but other times (which is most often) it’s old and kinda cold. Love the honest sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp with chow mein. The staff is generally kind. I like the atmosphere of this panda, it’s nice. Has a lot of little booths.
We always eat at panda express, this time it was our turn here in provo, and my family and I are disappointed with the way they treated us, very badly they wanted us to make our order super fast they didn't let us order well and when we went to order sauce for food they brought us a super large tray to the table and in a big way we thought that in order not to bother anymore. Very bad attention!
