It's worth getting the 3 entree meal here. I ate it all like a champ... It's a lot of food and could probably be shared if snacking. Worth treating yourself for less than $15

This place is the busiest location I've ever seen for dinner going through the drive thru. Go before 5pm if possible. Sometimes is difficult when it's so busy that the cars in parking lot can't get out due to the backed up drive thru line. The upside is the food is usually very fresh because they are always cooking to keep up with demand.

Miss. Blanca was absolutely one horrible server/cashier. She wanted to give me one attitude when she tells me 4 minutes till my food is done. 15 minutes later tells me 5 more minutes. I then ask to have a fresh plate of food, she then has an attitude because I asked for hot. If you ask me customer service means a lot. Blanca had zero customer service skills. Another co-worker tried to compensate me with a drink. Thank you. But I was wanting a hot meal. Instead I left with food that's not all that hot and I know I will not go back to this location because of the horrible service and Blanca's great customer service skills. (The lack of customer service skills). Whoever the manager is should take Blanca aside and have a talk, because you should never be as rude as she was to me. All I asked was for a hot meal to take home to my family.

They're a busy location, so they're out of food a lot. But honestly... The attitude. Over the top. If you ever want to feel like you're in trouble and a huge inconvenience for ordering food, this is the spot. Under no circumstances should ordering a plate of food be so darn intense. I know it's a busy location... Relax. Stop barking at every single customer.

The people who work here are incredibly rude. I placed an order on the app for Fashion Square & the location did not save properly because of app issues. I called them as soon as I got a break at work and they told me they can’t do anything. I asked again and they said “have you done this before?” I have never ordered at this location. They also said they shouldn’t do anything because I waited too long to call and I could have done this before but since I said I hadn’t, they would do it once and only once” and hung up rudely and abruptly. I will call corporate tomorrow when they open because dang you guys are mean as hell! I was very respectful and honest and I’m not sure if the employees are being treated bad or overworked but they lack empathy and customer service skills.
