Panda Express

We did the family meal today. It was great. Best fried rice I've had at 🐼. We got a text that the food was ready 12 minutes before the estimated pickup, so that was a bit worrisome. The food was warm enough, but not super hot like we'd prefer. If it had been cold I would've complained they got it ready too early. Also missed out special instructions. But, the food ended up great and it was a fast easy day date for us. Honey Shrimp, Angus Steak, Orange Chicken, Fried Rice and Chow Mein Noodles. Next Review: Just shared a plate. Same stuff cause that's how we roll. Was good. They were bagging it up right as we arrived. Shrimp was lukewarm. Rest was great temp. All was good.

Seems like the portions were very small compared to every other time I've been to Panda Express. If you order ahead expect to be waiting 15 minutes longer than they tell you. Decent food but service was lacking.

Me and my son went in at a very busy time. Drive thru was packed, to go order line, and tables inside mostly filled... usually employees are like chickens with their heads cut off. I'm sure no one would've moved if that were the case, but everyone was so kind and greeted you still. All while staying impressively on top of things. I was impressed! I got their names and I'm forgetting already- Aurora I believe was one that helped me. But everyone blew me away 🙂

I ordered online ahead of time to save time. When food was ready I went inside and waited where the sign indicated for online orders. The cashier kept helping the long line of customers and completely ignored me. The typical way other restaurants handle online orders is they grab online orders and hand them to those waiting for their order in between customers. After being ignored for a while. I attempted to get the cashiers attention by telling her I just have an online order. Can she please get it for me? I was ignored again and finally lost my patience. So, I walked behind the counter and got my own order. Only then did the employees seem to care I was there. Oh well. I don’t care if I wasn’t supposed to go behind the counter and get my own food. Such a headache. I might as well have just waited in line and ordered there in person. At least my food wouldn’t have been sitting there getting cold while I was being ignored.

Ordered thru the drive- thru. Ordered , paid, handed my order they were polite. When I got home they had put my spring rolls, Ramones in bottom of sack and my order on its side. So everything was wet and soggy and I had asked for extra fortune cookies. I not only didn't get a Xtra. They didn't put any cookies in the bag. This location needs to do better. 2nd time this has happened. Plus the serving sizes are getting really skimpy. Panda Express in Saratoga Springs needs to do better.
