Panda Express

I got a bigger plate, this item should have 3 entrees and a side. Mind you I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp. I received this.. I’m so confused as to why I have mounds of orange chicken and a tiny helping of the only thing I’ll eat due to my fiancé and I splitting it. I walked in there and said I have a question… if I paid for a bigger plate then why did I only receive 5 honey walnut shrimp in a box? The lady took it out of my hand and said rudely, “it should be 7 actually.” Oh lol okaaaay. Need I remind you I paid EXTRA for this option. She took them from me opened up my box and COUNTED THEM! Whaaaaat? I said well this is all I’ll eat so I need another small order. This lady rings me out and tells me $7.25! I looked at her and said are you joking! So I’m paying $1.00 each shrimp?! I WILL NECER COME HERE AGAIN! Customer service was terrible and there’s bratty kids running the joint do better Panda Express!

I went to pick up my bigger plate order which cost close to $20 and portions were so small. It was close to closing time and when i tried opening the door one of the workers came out and rudely said youre supposed to come through drive through to pick up like she wanted me to read her mind. It wasnt written anywhere. They had me wait 10 extra minutes to fill up a drink. Horrible customer service. The place is run by high school kids who do not show respect for anyone.

This was a messed up order from May 29 that the store said I picked up on paperwork and show that the redemption day was for the seventh and then over the seven was six. They mix new food and with the old food they put the new food at the bottom and put the old food on top where they do that at?? I know from having a food handlers license you do not mix new food with food old food this is not the first time this has happened

Great food, but if you order through the app then they make you wait. No line and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food because I ordered through the app instead of the drive through. Waste of time to download the app, better luck going in person.

Food was hot-ish. But the guy at the window was top-notch friendly.
