Corporate should be made aware that guests are unable to complete a feedback survey from the receipt of a pick-up order as it doesn’t provide a code, nor does the pickup receipt provide the store # to continue with a review without the survey code. The only number listed is the order number and store pos number. But I wanted to compliment this location! My food was great, the pickup order was made quickly and ready on time, all the staff inside the store were friendly and happy, and my food was packaged perfectly (straw taped to the drink, safety seals on everything , plenty of sauces, etc). The website is one of the better fast food / grocery websites I have used and very easy to use and convenient. I also love that they have a fundraiser option and give codes to organizations. I was able to help contribute proceeds to an animal rescue today.

I placed a mobile order for a family meal and arrived at the time when the food was supposed to be ready. I waited at the window for a good 10 minutes. Then a worker asked me to pull forward so they could help others behind me and promised the food would be out in 3-4 minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes before someone wakes out with my order. No apology, but I guess the food was good.

Andy took our order in drive- thru. He did an excellent job with his awesome customer service. I used to be a manager for Arby's and ran the deli at Tom Thumb and that's how I used to train my workers. Andy needs to get a raise

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Raw chicken being served and they don't even care. Talked to the manager and he had no concern. He just kept offering replacement food. So many people probably ate raw chicken from this location. Not okay!

Not the first time this has happened. Went through the drive thru and ordered orange chicken. Guess they were out so they gave me honey chicken which I discovered after i got home. One other time they gave me sesame chicken instead of orange chicken. I know now to check every time.
