Panda Express

Ordered 2 hours ahead and still waited 30min. Did not tell me I would be waiting for rice. Thanks for the great 60 min lunch and cost me money to wait for food. Also's watching your customers get food in compensation while they wait while I sat out in the lobby for a family meal. This is just unacceptable.

Our experience at this PE has always been positive. Even when it's really busy the lines inside and out in drive thru go pretty quickly. We definitely appreciate the employees always being friendly and professional even when super busy.

Ordered a "plate" with the chow mein, general tso chicken, and the premium steak. They said it would be a wait and I said that's fine. When I got home I opened up the food and they left out the steak, which costs extra. Yes, they charged me for it. How do you just leave 1/3 of an order out?

Ordered an online order and the portions were so small! I got the honey walnut shrimp and only got 5 pieces of shrimp. Fried rice and chow mein were half the size they usually are

This place has seriously just crumbled miserably from what it used to be. Literally just left drive thru about 20 minutes ago. Sat at the menu to order for about 3 mins before I was acknowledged, had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy taking it was too busy doing something else other than listening to my order and then after receiving my order (very simple, mind you; just a Panda Bowl with Fried Rice and Orange Chicken) I get back to the office (less then a mile from Panda) to eat it and the rice is basically mush and the chicken very very soggy and lukewarm. I bit into a piece and found that it was chewy and had a weird taste. When I looked down the piece of chicken I had bitten into was STILL RAW. I cut into a few more pieces to find the same. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of $12. This place is a joke now. Hopefully I don’t fall ill.
