Panda Express

We just went through the drive through for two bowls. A bowl is one entree item and one side. I ordered steamed rice and broccoli beef, and my wife got sesame chicken and chow mein. We just got home and I see that I got five pieces of broccoli and about eight small pieces of beef with lots of steamed rice. My wife’s was a little better when it came to her sesame chicken but it was still a small serving. Twenty dollars for super skimpy servings. A COMPLETE RIP OFF! People think that they’re making more money by taking advantage of customers but since we will never go back, it will cost them our business over the long-term, which would have made them much more money than what they stole from us tonight. Further, the food wasn’t very good. The picture shows what I got in my bowl.

Best service I've had in a very long time. It was an hour before close and this crew was incredibly accommodating and happily made fresh batches for our order. Everyone was so friendly. My one complaint is that Panda express won't allow their employees to take tips. I understand not actively asking for tips on your credit card machine, but if your crew does a good job, they should be allowed to be rewarded. As someone who works in the service industry, I was a little upset that I wasn't allowed to tip the crew, they deserved it. Nonetheless, this was the first positive experience I've had at a fast food place in years. So thank you.

I guess it’s really hard for people who work here on this specific shift to enjoy a good customer who’s in a happy spirit. With that being said, I noticed that as we were getting our family meal, I was getting served a bowl of chow mein with shrimp. I mentioned to the person behind the counter serving the food that there was no chow mein left. It was only whatever the hell they put in there with the cabbage and onion. Unfortunately, They didn’t care so they served my daughter a bowl of shrimp which is a little more expensive than the normal meat and a bunch of bottom fodder from From the serving tray. Shame on you, Panda Express!!!! You know that shrimp stuff is a little more expensive. You would think you would at least give me some Chow meinnoodles with the chow mein that was ordered. The person checking is out, knew that I was unhappy with the food. And instead of just making it right like you should have, he asked my daughter if it was OK and she agreed out of embarrassment. That makes me even angrier with this location. My very first Purchase from this location was absolutely amazing. I drove from Eagle to come get my food from this location, I will not do that again.

I always enjoy going to Panda Express. The food is always great as far as fast food is concerned. I was especially impressed with the customer service today! I think the guy's name was Luis, but I was very impressed with his service. I'm used to workers looking annoyed just because I ordered, but it was nice to get a different vibe.

I'm slightly critical of the entrees that are breaded as they seem to have more bread than meat, so I tend to avoid them despite being tasty. I really appreciate that they have a real vegetable mix available. Service is very accommodating and friendly and I am confident that the food is prepared properly 😋 👌
