Panda Express

Anytime I come in for a mobile order they ignore me it’s like they think I’m trying to cut line but I just want to pick up my mobile order and go, Today I went in to order some food and a lady was sweeping the lobby, she made her way up to me didn’t wash her hands after sweeping nor put on gloves to start serving my order, name printed on receipt was Berenice. UPDATE 10/22/24: I decided to give Panda Express another try, what a big mistake, I started eating my food and I FOUND A SCREW IN MY FOOD! How unsafe how disgusting, guess this location is just a total dump, save your time and please go elsewhere. UPDATE 11/15/24: I have emailed you guys the day I initially updated my review and I am still waiting on a response.

Terrible. Worst Panda in AZ. Food was thrown in container and one container was not even half full. This Panda had completely gone downhill.

Paid $17.54 for the large a la carte box of honey walnut shrimp (drive-thru). I was disappointed at how small the box really is. When I get home, come to find out it’s not even full! About only half full with food. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would have returned to the store. So disappointing! This place scams their customers!

Fast friendly service! Healthy portions! We shared a bigger plate and had plenty to go around.

Very price competitive. But the good is just.... Well... Very average. Frankly it's what you should expect, but one always has hopes. This place was seriously long lined for several straight hours and 90+% carried out. I was surprised.. Virtually no one ate there. The staff did an amazing job keeping plenty of food available to serve, they deserve commendations actually. They moved that line and executed excellent!
