Panda Express

Got a fried rice without egg and half boiled rice with bad taste in it. One of the worst food I ever tasted in panda. 🐼 completely upset 😢 no response from customer care. Might be my last order with them !

I don't know why, but this is the best Panda Express I've ever been to. They people that work there are always courteous and quick. The things I order are always crispy when they need to be instead the soft chewy texture you can get when the food sits there too long and full of flavor.

During a recent visit to **Panda Express**, I had a disappointing experience that overshadowed what should have been a quick and satisfying meal. While the service was efficient and the restaurant was clean, the quality of the food—particularly the chow mein—fell far short of expectations. I ordered the **vegetable chow mein**, a dish I’ve enjoyed before at other locations. However, this time, the noodles were noticeably **undercooked**, with a tough, almost raw texture that made them difficult to chew. Despite this, I ate a portion of the dish, assuming it might just be an off batch. Unfortunately, within an hour, I began experiencing **stomach discomfort**, which I can only attribute to the improperly prepared noodles. Food safety and proper cooking techniques are fundamental in any restaurant, especially in a fast-casual chain like Panda Express, where consistency is key. Serving undercooked noodles is not just a matter of poor taste—it can also pose a health risk. While I’ve had better experiences at other Panda Express locations, this incident has made me cautious about ordering chow mein here again. I hope this feedback reaches the management so they can address the issue with their kitchen staff. Properly cooked food is essential for customer trust and satisfaction. Until then, I’d advise diners to check their orders carefully before eating.

We came for the fundraiser for Discovery Elementary, and we told them before we ordered that we were there for the fundraiser and they just said I don't know. So we ordered and went to the cash register and they said the fundraiser is only for online orders. They wouldn't let us cancel this order and make it an online order. Or they could have told us that at the beginning and we could have got out of line and done an online order. We only came to donate to the school.

No one was rude and they said they were making the food fresh. The only problem is the “fresh” food was burnt. The chow mein was so dry and tasted burnt and the orange chicken had black all over it and tasted so dry. Just kind of disappointed since the prices definitely should at least ensure non burnt food.
