Panda Express

I went last night and my food was literally burnt. I go there often but this time, the cook had to reheat the chow mein because it didn’t meet temp requirement so when recooked, you can clearly tell it was burned. Not every single piece but most parts including the vegetables.

Ordered online, picked up to go. Order was correct, hot, and delicious as always. Even tho I checked "include utensils" apparently that doesn't include chopsticks, because I didn't get any. There was no separate option either. Next time I'll remember to ask for them at the counter.

Orange chicken was so hard no one in my family could or would eat it. Portions were smaller. The chow mein had huge pieces of hard cabbage core in it. I have a family of 4 adults and a 3 year old. I bought 3 larger plates. The sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken was good. They enjoyed the rice and spring rolls.

Multiple times... Ive paid a premium for shrimp and they have me 6 pieces total, it barely filled half of the entree box. The last 4 or 5 times I've went, the food tastes weird and reheated with not enough sauce. The Chow Mein is dry and tasteless with far too many vegetables.

My wife & I don't really ever have anything bad to say cause the food is so good but, I got some orange chicken with my plate and it doesn't taste like orange chicken at all. It taste like something else. Not really happy with it this time, what changed?
