About Panda Express

Panda Express is a well-known chain in the Chinese restaurant category, offering fast-food style service with a menu featuring popular American Chinese dishes. Located at 1391 N Denver Ave in Loveland, Colorado, the local branch can be reached at (970) 669-1818 or via their mobile number +1 970-669-1818 for inquiries about their offerings and service options, which typically include dine-in and takeout.

However, recent feedback from local customers who have dined at this Loveland location paints a concerning picture regarding the quality of food and service. It's crucial for potential customers to be aware of these experiences before making a decision to dine at this particular Panda Express.

One particularly scathing review described the food as "THE WORST FOOD I've Ever eaten," with the customer spending over $50 on a meal that was overwhelmingly "mushy inedible." This reviewer claimed that 90% of the food was not fit for consumption and noted very small portions of protein. The spring and egg rolls were specifically mentioned as being entirely mushy inside. Drawing from 58 years of experience, the reviewer stated they had never encountered worse Chinese food. The strong language used, including accusations of "robbing the residents of Loveland" and describing the food as "OMG inedible," underscores the extreme dissatisfaction of this customer. They also pointed out that dishes were "Cold" and lacked "Flavor," further emphasizing the poor quality. This reviewer strongly advised others to read the one-star reviews before spending their money and questioned the authenticity of any five-star ratings, suggesting they might be linked to employees or the owner.

Another recent review echoed a sentiment of declining quality over the past couple of years. This customer reported a rude experience while placing their order. They also had to wait an extended period for the walnut shrimp, indicating potential issues with kitchen efficiency or preparation times. Upon receiving their meal, the customer was dismayed to find that the orange chicken pieces were exceedingly small, described as being "as big as the tip of a finger." Adding to the unpleasant experience, this reviewer allegedly found a hair wrapped around a piece of their orange chicken, leading to a visceral reaction ("🤮"). This incident raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at this location.

Considering these recent firsthand accounts, it is evident that some local customers have had significantly negative experiences with the food quality and service at the Panda Express on N Denver Ave in Loveland. Terms like "mushy inedible," "cold," "no flavor," "rude service," and the disturbing discovery of a hair in the food are serious red flags for potential diners.

While Panda Express is generally known as a fast-food chain offering quick and convenient meals, these reviews suggest a considerable deviation from expected standards at this particular location. The comments about tiny protein portions and the poor quality of even basic items like spring and egg rolls indicate potential issues with food preparation and ingredient quality.

It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every single meal served at this Panda Express. However, the strong and consistent nature of the complaints, particularly regarding food quality and hygiene, warrants serious consideration for anyone planning to eat here.

As an objective introduction based on the provided information, it is necessary to highlight the significant negative feedback received from recent customers. While Panda Express as a brand offers a certain familiarity and menu, the local Loveland branch at 1391 N Denver Ave has seemingly struggled to meet customer expectations in terms of food quality, taste, preparation, and even service in some instances. The absence of any positive comments in the provided reviews further underscores the need for caution.

Without any information regarding promotional offers or specific features that have garnered positive attention, this introduction must primarily focus on the critical feedback available. Potential customers are strongly advised to consider these recent experiences when deciding whether to patronize this particular Panda Express location. It might be prudent to look for more recent reviews on other platforms to gain a broader perspective, although the provided testimonials are undeniably concerning.

In conclusion, the limited information available paints a negative picture of the current state of Panda Express at 1391 N Denver Ave in Loveland, CO, based on recent customer reviews. Significant issues have been reported concerning food quality (mushy texture, lack of flavor, cold temperature, small protein portions), hygiene (hair found in food), and even service (rudeness). Potential customers should be aware of these reported issues before deciding to dine at this establishment.

This place has gone down hill the past couple of years! I went in and they were very rude while taking our order. We had to wait extra time for the walnut shrimp because they were behind. I opened my meal to find that the orange chicken pieces were as big as the tip of a finger. Then dug into my orange chicken to find a hair wrapped around my chicken🤮

This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, I’ve tried going in an hr to 2 hrs before they close and they are rude and pull the food , I tried to be understanding so I thought I’d go in another time, Went in today! And not only do I see and hear them making constant mistakes that are so simple not to do they get rude about it and act like they can’t understand you and then blame you for the mistakes, like no . The food is dry here and so are the employees attitudes . The best part is my boyfriend’s plate had hair and someone’s nail like do they do this on purpose? Disgusting

We arrived at 8:11 when they were closing at 9. They explained that they had been slow all day and due to protocol must close and what was out was all they had. This was not enough for our orders. My child was excited for this style of food and so we ordered her some noodles. I had an unpleasant exchange with the woman serving who I asked for a large and she said there wasn’t enough so she would have to make more and it would take some time. I could tell the customers were inconveniencing to the staff, and had just been told what was out was it so this offer confused me and I stated the original container was fine, twice. She proceeded to fill a large angrily and without paying attention to me and rung us up. The box was all vegetable with such small cuts of noodle I couldn’t pick them out individually. Behind us 4 more customers walked out due to how unwelcome paying guests were. On top of all this the sign says mask required. The unmasked family in front of mine was served the last of the orange chicken and treated better than compliant customers. This location has serious problems if they are turning down money, slow day or not if customers can’t count on you to serve within your stated hours you are likely missing out on hundreds each closing early. Will never patronize this location again.
