Food never fresh and we always get ends and pieces of entrees. The whole entree was just breading. Drive through employee last week was rude and shut the window in our face after asking to make another order. Manager is very nice

This is my second time to this location. The first was better and it's been all downhill today. I placed my order online complete with a confirmation email and order number. I arrived and it was not ready when it stated it would be. It wasn't even in the locations orders so, of course they can't look it up by the order number you get when placing it online. The person I spoke to asked if there was a nickname and/or email it could be under. She explained they are not trained how to find online orders (in the website) and she couldn't find my order anywhere in their system. She eventually just threw an order for orange chicken and steamed rice bowl together. It came to nearly 88% steamed rice and about 7% chicken w/the remaining 5% empty space that could've/should've held more chicken. Before I left I decided to order a small entree of honey sesame chicken breast. Which miraculously appeared in their orders after three failed attempts of trying to place it online. Their website was freezing up in a constant state of an icon flipping around "thinking" for over 10 minutes. I eventually got it confirmed. I waited while my previous order got cold and eventually received the second order and left. I got home and opened my small order of honey sesame chicken breast and saw that it was "ALMOST" half filled with chicken and vegetables with more emphasis on vegetables than chicken. It should really be called vegetables in honey sesame dashed with some chicken breast. Very disappointing to be honest. I'll never order a small entree again because I don't consider vegetables to be an entree and the name of what I ordered didn't have vegetables in the title. It said chicken and there was little of it. In conclusion I have learned the following today: (1.) You have a 50/50% percent chance your order will be made when placing it online. Confirmations and order numbers don't mean squat. (2.) Don't count on getting much meat protein when ordering the orange chicken or possibly any chicken item. It will be approximately 85-90% rice. They should really call it steamed rice bowl w/very little orange chicken (if they don't already). (3.) Don't order a small entree. It will be less than half filled in their smallest cardboard container. If it has any vegetables in the mix the ratio will be 92% vegetables to 8% meat protein and that is in a half filled container. I took photos so I could remember this and talk myself into something else, somewhere else next time. Portions are not enough to entice me for a return, not at any price. Employees will say that is what they are told to do for portions. I think they are using smaller spoons these days to get portions. I remember not too long ago the meat to rice ratio was better.

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this Panda Express location, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff is extremely rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. Each time I’ve come in, the level of service I’ve received has been noticeably different depending on my skin color, and that is deeply concerning. As a Black customer, I’ve observed that the staff tends to be friendlier, more patient, and more attentive when interacting with non-Black customers—particularly Mexicans and Caucasians. In contrast, the moment they see that you are Black, the tone changes drastically. The communication becomes curt, dismissive, and even condescending. It is not just frustrating—it is unacceptable. What makes the experience worse is the behavior of the manager. She is incredibly rude and unfit for her role. Rather than leading with professionalism and fairness, she sets a tone of disregard and disrespect that trickles down to the rest of the staff. There is no effort made to resolve concerns, listen to customers, or ensure that everyone feels welcome and treated equally. I’m sharing this because no customer should ever feel belittled or unwelcome because of their race. It’s time for Panda Express to take a serious look at how this location is being run and address the clear lack of customer service and inclusivity. We all deserve respect—period.

We've been eating in this place alot and now I'm struck bad on how the servings are literally cut more than half.

The only thing I really have to say is. I wanted a simple taste of one of the special drinks from this location and was told no. Any other location would've gladly giving a tiny sample cup. How am going to know if I like those particular drinks or not. Other than that. The food for the most part is fresh and hot unlike the location in south Cooper (which tastes like it's days old. )
