Customer reviews for this particular Panda Express location indicate concerns about both food quality and customer service. One reviewer, who was a first-time customer, felt that the customer service should have been better. They also described the food as having a taste reminiscent of school cafeteria Chinese food, implying a lack of quality. This reviewer found the food to have a "factory-like taste," with excessive breading on the chicken and a synthetic-tasting sauce. They expressed a preference for local "mom and pop" Chinese restaurants and stated they would not eat at Panda Express again, advising others not to be misled by the presentation or photos.

Another review, while seemingly referring to a downtown Philadelphia location but included here, also reported negative feedback on the food quality. This customer described the teriyaki chicken as dry and lacking sauce, noting that the chicken was not properly cut. They received a sauce but found it insufficient for the "grease af" chow mein. This reviewer went as far as to suggest that Panda Express should close.

First time getting panda express and customer service should’ve been better. Also food tastes exactly like it does when your high school serves Chinese food on those once in a while days. Which is my way of saying it’s not good… Very factory like taste and chicken has too much breading and sauce has a synthetic taste... I would rather go to a mom and pop Chinese place than go here. Also Don’t get fooled by the presentation or photos. Never eating here again.

this review is for the downtown location, for some reason I can't leave a review there. But the food is so dry. The teriyaki chicken is just chicken with no sauce, she didn't even chop the chicken all the way and I was given Sauce but not enough for the chow mein which is grease af. It's time panada express close.

Instead of chitchatting 24/7, pay attention to how you're cooking the food. The white rice was undercooked and I had food poisoning and abdominal pain for 2 days STRAIGHT! do better smh

Terrible service, workers have an attitude and due to their short comings are unable to accommodate paying customers! I will not be back. Due to not having the correct containers on their end workers tried to coerce me into buying a large when I wanted a regular side entree. Even when asking if they could still charge me the price for a regular dish à la carte with the medium amount in the large container they said no. Their was no line at this place and I can see why do not waste your money.

The usual suspects work here, they hate their lives and they'll most definitely make your ordering experience in line miserable. As long as temple's panda continues to hire absolute low life melanin this place will be forever horrible.
