Panda Express

This was a very disappointing lunch today. Got scraps of the chowmein on my plate wouldn't mind waiting for fresh food to be cooked. I Ordered through drive thru! I Didn't see my order until I got to the office to little to late.

This is the second time I ordered from this location and for whatever reason the staff gives my son a hard time even after he gives them the name on the order. Requesting additional information like he is trying to steal food or something is crazy. It shouldn’t be that difficult to know that if a person can give you the name and order number that clearly they are not trying to steal food. Get it together and train your employees not to assume someone who has every last detail about an order that they’re attempting to steal food. If I could give a zero for the service and atmosphere I would. I’m starting to believe they are profiling certain people based on race.

I got double honey sesame chicken to go & this is what my "double" portion looked like. Not to mention it's sloppy looking, the green beans aren't even mixed in properly. My side item (beef broccoli) was 90% broccoli. And when I called to ask for the store number (wasn't on the receipt where it should be) to leave feedback on my experience, they didn't know it 🙄. I eventually figured it out & it's 30280 if anyone else needs to know to leave a review/give feedback on this store.

Went in last night to pick up dinner I had ordered on the app for my family. There was 2 customers waiting on their order off to the side of the register no one in the dining room aside from a staff member on break. No one in line. The full staff behind the counter all warped up in i would assume Togo orders. NOT one employee even acknowledged we came in not one acknowledge me waiting at the counter. After waiting for several minutes I asked if anyone one was available to get my order and went absolutely unheard they were all so caught up in whatever it was just rude and poor service. And to top it off got home and all the food seemed like it was doused in White Vinegar even the sweat beads on the box lid tasted like straight vinegar. Yes I would have called or gone back in however what would be the point they seemed to have a problem even helping turn around and grab our bag from the pick up area. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This is very sad because we like so much Panda express but... 😏 I just purchased a broccoli beef with steamed rice kids meal for my daughter, when I got home and gave to my daughter her kids meal, I found out that there's in broccoli only, and 2 tiny pieces of beef. Really ??
