The menu is designed to provide a range of flavors and combinations, allowing customers to customize their meals with different entrees, sides, and appetizers.
To provide an objective introduction, it is crucial to consider the feedback from real customers. The two provided reviews for this Panda Express on National Ave present negative experiences, particularly concerning the drive-through service and order accuracy. One customer detailed a highly unsatisfactory experience in the drive-through, citing issues with order accuracy, incorrect pricing, slow service, and a perceived lack of apology or compensation for the inconvenience. This reviewer, a regular customer who typically had better experiences inside the restaurant, expressed strong dissatisfaction and stated their intention not to return to this location.
The second review also reported a significant issue with order accuracy. The customer stated that they ordered honey walnut shrimp and white rice but received everything else instead. Despite confirming their order at the window, they received the wrong items. This indicates a potential problem with attention to detail and order fulfillment at this location, leading to customer frustration and dissatisfaction.
These negative reviews highlight potential inconsistencies between the in-store and drive-through service experiences, as well as concerns regarding order accuracy. The first review suggests that the drive-through experience may be significantly less satisfactory than dining inside. Both reviews point to issues that could impact customer satisfaction and the overall perception of this Panda Express location.

While Panda Express is generally known for its convenient and popular menu, the limited customer reviews for this specific location raise concerns about the drive-through service quality and order accuracy. One reviewer, a previous regular, had a very negative experience in the drive-through, citing issues with a simple order, pricing discrepancies, slow service, and a lack of customer service. Another customer reported receiving the wrong order despite confirming it. Not coming here no more they’re terrible on the drive-through I usually go in and it’s a much better experience, but I went to the drive-through right now cause I had to be somewhere and all I ordered was an eggroll and Rangoon that is so simple. She hand me the bag and it’s heavy I said are you sure this is mine? Those four items should not be this heavy she took it back. Took forever got the manager. They had to refund it to my method of payment and I said why can’t I get the cash because it takes days and I said this isn’t my fault to begin with Next time they should say what your total is then I would’ve known $16 is not the amount it should be for two eggrolls and two Rangoon‘s but she didn’t say the total I just tapped my phone. They had no apologies bad attitude typical Mexicans in San Diego, where they think they run this place and can’t ever admit when they’re wrong and then to top it off they don’t even offer an extra item in the bag for a thank you and inconvenience. The drive-through was piling up like seven cars now behind me and to top it off top it off the food wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm and yes, I put a complaint into Corporate. I’m never coming back to this Panda Express again. They show their true colors all that hello welcome that they do when you walk in it doesn’t reflect in the drive-through.
Asked for honey walnut shrimp and white rice. Received everything BUT that. And even asked if it was correct the looked at the receipt and said yes
Maria at the drive-thru window is horrible. Usually, it's not bad service here as I put in my order through the app and hardly come .. but Maria told me to get out of my car and come in to get my food because my order wasn't ready yet, and she had a timer to worry about.. Nobody was in line then I look around and ask her if I can park as other employees have done this in the past and it has never been an issue, and she tells me no, to get out of the car and come inside because she is not going to blue line me or let her timer be affected. Also before that who interaction she rudely asked for my confirmation number then I show her and then she said where's your name, when she asked for the confirmation number. When I already gave her my name twice and had shown her the confirmation...I asked if she was okay because of her horrible attitude. I parked my car and went in and the lady at the counter was sweet. But Maria... absolutely not!
This is not the best Panda Express we have been to. The food is not as crisp, taste, or made exactly like other locations. The orange chicken, I would rate 5 out of 10, no crunch, no orange flavor, or the sweet that makes it tasty. Additionally, the battery over powers, the chicken which seem to be smaller than normal pieces. Other menu items are not up to the chains standards as we have had at other locations.
Ordered uber eats take out, 3 entrees and a blue powerade bottle. Got charged for the 3 entrees but only got 2, got charged for the bottled powerade but got a purple soft drink instead which should have cost less. Terrible experience when I was really looking forward to that orange chicken (the 1 that I didnt get) but instead got a box of empty promises.
