This no my regular location to go, was passing by. Ordered through app. Food was ready when arrived. Ate inside the store, great friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Decent plate portions

I went through the Drive thru, checked my order when got home and noticed that the bowls were half full. Called the store and spoken with Leesha. She is very unprofessional, I requested to speak with a manager and she put me on hold and came back on the line stating she was the manager. The service is terrible. Will not recommend. Not acceptable for the portion.

Guy in drive thru was nice but couldn’t get the order right like 4 times. No black pepper chicken and did not offer to make it. Got beef with broccoli and it was horrible! Broccoli was so hard and lack of beef. It was nasty! Wanted a different Chinese place but their system was down. So disappointed considering how much I wanted decent Chinese and got trash. Felt sick after I ate it and ended up out of me anyway. Trader Joe’s is better beef with broccoli. Should have gone with them.

I submitted a 100 dollar order on doordash and we did not receive any of the food we ordered. Instead of chow mein and fried rice, ALL of us got white rice. Your restaurant staff should have canceled our order Instead of sending a bunch of stuff er did not want. No honey walnut shrimp was in the order even though it costs extra and the teriyaki chicken wr ordered was drenched in soy sauce and tasted horrible. My entire family is sick now from the food we got from you all! Shame on your night staff and management for doing this to God knows how many people! I want a refund for your inability to cook what was requested!

8/10 times they'll get your order wrong if you order online even if it's for two items. Always double check your orders if you order here. I don't think I've ever ordered from a fast food place that gets orders wrong this much. Wrong entree boxes to wrong foods and put a sticker on the boxes that literally says the correct food and box size on it. Idk how someone can mess that up so consistently when it's right in front of them.
