Panda Express

I went in this evening, through drive through, 02/11/25 for a buy one bowl get one free Reward & I could tell which bowl was the free one. I love Panda Express but why offer a reward if they're only going to give me 5 little pieces of beef. The food tastes good but won't be going to this location anymore because of their greed.

It's a Panda Express - fast food Chinese, quick assembly line service. You'll get in and out quickly, staff is cordial and efficient, food is decent and warm.

Just had a very strange experience. I was getting a plate to go and was served the wrong entree, but instead of replacing the rest of the to-go container, one of the employees insisted repeatedly on just putting the wrong food back in it's bowl (mixed in with the other food from plate) and then loading the correct food into the same to-go container right over top of the noodles stained with the wrong entree, which I could taste once I got home. I don't have any severe food allergies, but if you do I'd make certain (especially at the drive through) that they don't cross-contaminate and expose you to an allergen. I wrote corporate, and if this is an official policy then I'll have to avoid taking family and friends with allergies. Crazy.

Today when me and my family decided to go to Panda Express for lunch we were greeted by a very kind worker named Alicia she was very pleasant and easy going and made the ordering process very quick and easy. When I received my food everything was still warm and tasted amazing! 10/10 panda is always the way to go

I also order Chow Mein for one plate and rice for another and received identical both with rice. Both Egg Rolls were burnt. Very unexceptionable
