Panda Express

Ordered at 5:31 got a text saying it was ready. Drove 5 minutes to restaurant. Order was not started yet. Most of the order was completed quickly however Sesame Chicken was not and needed to be cooked. Didn’t get my food until 6:10 (40 minutes waiting in store for Fast Food take out). There was also cabbage in the Beef and Broccoli kids meal for some reason which there shouldn’t be. They forgot the apple crisps for the kids meal. What a disaster of a time at this Panda Express. At the time of the visit did not have coke, Cherry coke, or couple other fountain drinks. Had to settle for Root Beer or Dr. Pepper. Will not revisit.

Ordered a plate and free reward a la carte online, with a text being sent to me that the order was ready. When I got to the restaurant, the order was in fact not ready. I spoke to one of the employees, and instead of giving me the correct order, I was given the smaller bowl option without the reward. Complete waste of money, do not use their app.

Who would ever had thought that Panda taste like Chicken depending on how its prepared. Sometimes it tastes like beef or even pork. That being said, I like to eat Panda. The food here is always fresh and hot but I found that the portions are not consistent. I noticed that even when they're busy service was quick and friendly. 😃

I placed my order at 8:11pm for pickup at 8:35pm. After waiting in the drive through line I got to the ordering kiosk at 8:40. Pulled up to the window to one of our drinks being sold out. Then they said none of our food was even ready. We didn't get our food until 8:56; a whole 21 minutes late. They didn't offer to comp any of our food or offer a coupon nor did they even apologize for the extended wait.

Order a box for my 1 year old with fried rice and a egg roll with an Organic Apple juice box! My daughter only ate about half of the rice and drank half of the apple juice and didn't touch touch the egg roll. About an hr later my child started complaining of a stomach ache and threw up every where! Well I checked the apple juice she drank and it smelt terrible! Literally smelt and tasted like wine! I called to speak to a manager and a employee who was not the manager picked up, She told me that the manager would call me back because they had a rush and was helping. I've worked in fast food so I was very understanding I told her that was fine, I never got a call back, and my kid has thrown up twice since I called !my other child who did not eat Panda Express but ate everything her sibling ate prior to us ordering is just fine so I know it was the apple juice that made my baby sick!! Not at all pleased about the situation and I saved the juice too! I play about a lot of stuff but my kid ain't 1 of them! To completely dismiss my concern and not even bother to keep your word to return my call just shows I don't need to spend any more of my money with this company!
