My grandson ordered 1/2 chow Keon 1/2 fried rice with honey sesame chicken and orange chicken to share with his sister. We got home and chow mein his sister doesn’t eat rice . We live 35 minutes away so he was disappointed I fix oodles noodles for her chicken side. The store didn’t answer the phone

Th guy at the front counter working the evening of 12/20/24 facilitiated such a wonderful experience for me. After a day of traffic and battling crazy holiday shopping, it was game-changing to be met with a genuinely kind smile and warm respect. Thank you so much!! Keep it up! My food was perfect and everything was still warm when I took my takeout order home 15 min away. I watch my carbohydrate intake, and I appreciate the many options I have at Panda. The super greens are my go to! We order panda once about every 2-3 months as a special treat for my family of eight. We will definitely be back!

I ordered a big plate to DoorDash. Ask for extra soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. DoorDash driver send me a message. She stated that they said it was in the bag I get my food. The big plate was not a big plate. There is no sauce, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce in the bag. I would recommend no one ever goes here. I can’t speak to the manager. The young lady that answered the phone said there wasn’t one assist on speaking to somebody that was In the supervisors position then she stated that. Manager was on break I don’t even worry about eating the food now I just threw it away but one thing about it. I don’t live here so I don’t have to worry about them again I am over the road truck driver. I will never order anything from this panda and I come here once a week in this area I could’ve gave the $20 to a homeless person but I didn’t eat it. It’s in the trash now so do not ever gonna DoorDash a Uber from this location and if I had time I would go Over there and ask for a refund I did give the driver a five star. Also looking at her car on the inside was filthy, and if I could go back and give her a rating I would and the food was trying to rest of the bag was leaking. Absolutely terrible experience. And this is supposed to be a bigger plate The rice is dry, so there’s no soy sauce or teriyaki sauce on the meat. I don’t even know how they stay in business but I will contact the corporate office and I should’ve checked the reviews before they were absolutely terrible. Lesson learned. Check the reviews of the restaurant before you order👎🏾👎🏾 Trash, trash, trash, the worst panda I’ve ever been to or receive food trough

Never have anything ready. I waited in line for 10 minutes and there was only 3 people in the entire place. While I do love panda express, this place needs a franchise consultant to come by and see why they can't keep up with a very very slow pace. Will not come to this one ever again.

If you're eating in tables can be a little cleaner, otherwise the food is good if you haven't tried the orange chicken you missing out. They have lots of other items and even their Apple cinnamon dessert is fantastic. Be careful it's like an old McDonald's fried apple pie piping hot
