Customer reviews for this specific Panda Express location offer contrasting perspectives on the dining experience. One customer shared a highly positive experience from a visit on November 6, 2024, at 6:13:39 PM. They specifically commended the service provided by an employee named Thomas, describing him as "very helpful and friendly." This reviewer expressed satisfaction with both the amount of food received and the overall customer service, stating that they "really like this place" and would "recommend it" and "go back." This positive feedback highlights the potential for a pleasant and satisfying experience at this location, particularly regarding the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff.

In contrast, another customer expressed a consistent dissatisfaction with this particular Panda Express, noting that they try to avoid it despite its proximity to their workplace. Their primary complaint revolves around the portioning of the Beef and Broccoli dish. According to this reviewer, regardless of the time of day or the size of the meal ordered, the dish consistently contains a disproportionately small amount of beef (3-4 pieces) and broccoli (8-10 pieces) compared to a large quantity of fried rice, which they estimate to be around 4 cups. They further elaborate on the perceived value, mentioning that a small side of fried rice costs $5, while a Broccoli Beef meal, which includes fried rice, is priced at $8.30. This leads them to conclude that they are effectively paying $3.30 for a small side of fried rice with a minimal amount of beef and broccoli added. This feedback suggests a concern regarding the value and balance of ingredients in at least one of their menu items.

Considering these two reviews, the experience at the Panda Express on McCart Ave appears to be somewhat variable. While one customer encountered excellent service and satisfactory food quantity, another reports consistent issues with the proportion of ingredients in a specific dish, leading to a perception of poor value. These differing opinions highlight the importance for local users to consider both aspects when deciding whether to patronize this location.

In summary, the Panda Express at 7554 McCart Ave in Fort Worth presents a mixed picture based on the limited customer feedback available. One reviewer praised the helpful and friendly service and the generous food quantity, indicating a positive experience. Conversely, another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the disproportionate amount of ingredients in the Beef and Broccoli dish, suggesting a potential issue with consistency or value for that particular menu item. Local users should consider these contrasting experiences when evaluating this Chinese restaurant. I try my very hardest to avoid this location but it’s the closest to my job. The reason being, is no matter what time of day and apparently no matter the size of the meal, beef and broccoli consists of 8-10 pieces broccoli and 3-4 pieces of meat, 4 cups fried rice!! A sm side of fried rice is $5 a bowl with fried rice and broccoli beef is $8.30. I’m paying $3.30 for a small side of fried rice with broccoli added!!

$1.50 extra for shrimp and the portion I receive is visibly half the size of the chicken as well as stale rice im having to drown in sauce. In the photo, I have only eaten from the chicken and it’s clearly still much bigger than the shrimp. Ridiculous.
