Panda Express

This looks like a fairly new location but it’s very well maintained. The restaurant was spotless, food was good and service was quick. They have a drive thru and plenty of parking outside. Dont forget to use your app to earn points

This location has gone drastically downhill the fried rice was burnt, the chowmein was basically all cabbage and celery. The vegetables were undercooked and there was barely any meat in the dishes. Portion sizes have gone down as well.

There is nothing express about this Panda Express. This location has terrible customer service. The drive-thru takes way too long and the orders are given out incomplete, so always double check your orders before you drive away. For example last time I was here, the girl working the drive-thru handed my two orders with just the rice and noodles.. no proteins inside, so I had to pull back around to get the rest of my order. Now, tonight the guy working the drive-thru spent what seemed like an eternity talking to the car before me when in reality we all just want to pay, grab our food and go so what could possibly be the hold up? We all already ordered so let’s keep it moving, but no instead we all watch the cashier and brainless tesla driver keep on handing a phone back and forth for about 10 minutes. Long story short after I saw the fifth car leave the drive-thru line without their orders, I decided to leave without mine as well. Don’t waste your time here because there are better options around the corner.

This was my 2nd time going to PANDA Express on MLK highway. As before , the food was hot and delicious. Very good prices and helpful staff. Parking was easy and i was immediately waited upon , after entering the carryout. I absolutely love this place. You will too.
