I'm pretty disappointed in my order. The beef and broccoli had about half a head of broccoli in it. There was hardly any beef and the broccoli was so hard it broke my fork. If I wanted raw vegetables, I would've gotten a veggie tray. The noodles had a ton of cabbage in it too. Again, crunchy and hardly cooked. The service was quick but I barely got a "have a good day" out before the window was shut in my face. The person at the window was not unpleasant though. I won't be returning. The photo is all the broccoli and cabbage I picked out. Ridiculous.

This was just a horrible, horrible experience. I went through the drive through at lunchtime. I get 1/2 an hour for lunch. I ordered 2 egg rolls. In a bigger plate first off. They told me they only had one egg roll I said that's fine I will take the one I get up to the window. I pay for my food all they gave your egg roll away. Can you wait 8 minutes? Just give me a refund for the egg roll. And they stood there Acting like they didn't know what to do so I told them. Just give me all my money back. They got me all p***** off to where I just took a complete refund. This is the. Third time a Marion restaurant has treated me this way. No more as of tomorrow. I pack my lunch

Normally I wouldn’t leave a 2 star review, but, this branch needs to focus on communication and attention to customers. The amount of people in manager attire giving very minimal detail to communications about being out of food and why, leaving signage up on on the building for food that they don’t have, and standing distant away from customers is a little unreal. The new girl at the register was able to give more info on why they were out of Asian beef than the managers did. “We’re out”. Great. Why are you out? Politely why you’re out, put up signage that says “Sorry! We’re currently out of Asian beef until further notice”. This goes a long way. In addition, the service was slow. Most of the food was empty, the manager didn’t even ask what we wanted or tell us how long of a wait it would be. Not being rude, just giving constructive criticism. Please fix this. Otherwise, except to have more people walking out without buying anything. Overall, there’s potential here, but work is needed. Managers need to be energetic, empowering, friendly, and helpful.

Absolutely amazing places! Their food is always delicious and will fix anything if it's not satisfactory or the food given has been sitting a lil too long, might be a second before the next batch is made and able to be given out BUT it is definitely worth the wait if you end up being one of the few who happens upon this tragedy. Like I said however they are more than willing to replace any food *obviously so long as it wasn't all scarfed down first, in that case congrats - great food isn't it :) The people are friendly and inviting, and so are the customers considering the environment everyone walked in on. Love it and I go as often as I'm able, absolutely love it can't say that enough!

The food was amazing, but come on now, for the amount of money I pay and you try to give me this child size portion?! what am I supposed to do with that?!? Look, you measure the platen it’s even smaller than they ever have been. These deceptive business practices will not be taken lightly.
