"My first time trying Panda Express, and I was satisfied with the portion and taste. I’ll definitely check out other locations as well!"

Food isn’t bad. Some stuff are bland, but some are actually good. But service is horrible. I ordered pick up and had to wait 40mins, from the ready by time. And probably would have had to wait longer if I didn’t make a fuss. They prioritize getting people through the line, so people in line who waited 2-5 mins, get priority over pick up person who waited 40mins plus. Also, not the 1st or even 2nd time this has happened. Pro tip: if you are picking up, always ask for the manager, do not wait. Courtesy = Waiting 40mins +.

Cold food, tiny portions, terrible service. If you go as a last resort, please check your food as they will pass off a single pirtion for two, your order details will not be followed. 1 out of 10 WOULDNT recommend!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered a plate of orange chicken and there’s A MOLD in it! I only noticed it on my last 2 bites! I look for the manager to address this issue but NO MANAGER only a staff that doesn’t even know what to do I asked for refund and the person in charge doesn’t know how to so refund. How come that the person in charge doesn’t kmow what to do if something Happens like this! He even asked me to go back for my refund! I told them to throw the batch of that chicken orange for the safety of others but no they didn’t do that! This is a veey BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wonder how they passed their Health Inspection!

Don’t miss the orange chicken and don’t forget to ask for fortune cookies. Don’t buy Kung pao chicken if it’s freshly out of the kitchen because it tastes good when it is well marinated. Fried rice and chow mein are tasty. Customer service is good always. We are buying here almost for 8 years.
