Wow love this place great food on time Got three plate for me and others just a great experience

Waited in the drive through for almost 15 mins with only 2 cars a head of us on top of waiting for the order to be taken we had to wait another 20 mins for our food! We were told that we were waiting for fresh chicken but when our food came let’s say it was not fresh. The people who walked in to the restaurant were walking out faster than the the people in the drive through.

This store in Los lunas has tje worst process of service. They should have 2 teams to take care of drive through. They make all the orders and let them sit. They have one girl making the orders inside which is good. She's knocking out the people in line. But then the one who is cashing them out let's the orders just sit. And does everything else but cashing people out. Took the girl 10 seconds to put the order together and the one cashing us out takes 20=30 minutes.

Gonna stay away for a while. There seems to be issues with quality of service. My last 5 visits through the drive thru I have had 4 incorrect orders. The photo is a picture of a small a al carte orange chicken. 2 problems it is not orange chicken and second there is just enough chicken to place on a spoon. Think I will start eating somewhere else.

Kids playing grab ass while only one in the back cooking!🤬😤 I don't think it was the food it was the handlers that made me throw everything up! 🤮🤢 Almost forgot my order and of course they locked the doors! Not coming back to this panda 👎
