About Panda Express

Welcome to your local guide for the Panda Express located at 120 Louis Henna Blvd in Round Rock, Texas. As a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants, Panda Express offers a variety of American Chinese dishes, primarily operating on a fast-food service model. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of this specific location based on recent customer feedback available online.

Based on the limited reviews, the experiences at this Round Rock Panda Express appear to be somewhat varied. One customer expressed significant disappointment with their recent order, stating that the food "wasn’t fresh AT ALL" and described it as "absolutely DISGUSTING" after spending approximately $60. This negative experience was compounded by an issue with a missing receipt and the customer's inability to obtain a refund, although a food remake was offered. This review raises concerns about food quality and customer service at this particular location.

In contrast, another review focuses on a specific promotional item, the "Firecracker Steak and Shrimp," which was reportedly released recently. This suggests that Panda Express actively introduces new dishes to attract customers. The reviewer mentioned receiving an email about this offering and decided to try it at this Louis Henna Blvd location, despite having a preference for another Panda Express on 685 due to occasional issues with the crispiness of the orange chicken at this one. This indicates that some customers may have specific preferences or past experiences that influence their choice of Panda Express locations.

The experience with the new Firecracker Steak and Shrimp was generally positive for this reviewer. They noted that a "bigger plate" offers a substantial amount of food, potentially enough to feed two people, aligning with the fast-food concept of providing value in terms of quantity. The Firecracker Steak and Shrimp was identified as a "premium item" with an upcharge of $1.50, although the reviewer believed they were only charged for a single portion despite ordering double. They found the shrimp to be "really good" with an enjoyable level of heat in the sauce. The steak, while acknowledged as not being "top quality," was considered "good but a little tough" for the type of meat used.

In addition to the new item, the reviewer also ordered the classic orange chicken and three cream cheese Rangoon for an additional $1.50. They mentioned typically drinking water to manage calorie intake from the food. The total cost of their meal was around $16, providing some insight into the pricing of various items. They opted for a combination of half chow mein and half super greens as their sides, showcasing the variety of side options available at Panda Express.

Overall, this reviewer's experience with the new dish was positive, and they recommended trying it. However, their initial hesitation to visit this specific location due to past experiences with the orange chicken's texture suggests potential inconsistencies in food preparation at this Round Rock branch.

Based on these reviews, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive description of the environment of this Panda Express. As a fast-food chain, the typical ambiance is casual and functional, designed for quick service and both dine-in and takeout customers. No specific details about the décor or cleanliness of this particular location were mentioned in the provided feedback.

The services offered at this Panda Express likely include typical fast-food options such as ordering at the counter, dine-in seating, and takeout. The negative review mentions attempting to get a refund, indicating that customer service issues can arise. The positive review implies efficient service in trying the new promotional item. The mention of an upcharge for premium items and extra portions is also a standard feature of their pricing strategy.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED‼️‼️‼️ Food wasn’t fresh AT ALL. I spend approximately $60 on food from this specific Panda Express location, and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I asked for a refund, and I was told by a Luis that I couldn’t get a refund without a receipt. Well I told him I didn’t receive a receipt, but here is the food. I politely asked Luis if it was possible to look at my bank transaction, and time to print me a receipt for my order. He still refused with an attitude that he couldn’t print me a receipt for my order, but he could remake the food. At this point I didn’t want the food, I wanted a FULL REFUND! I do not recommend eating at this Panda Express.

So we got an email about the firecracker steak and shrimp that released today inside weed. Come on in and try it out. We've come to find that the location we're at usually isn't our favorite location to go to due to crispiness sometimes with the orange chicken and we tend to go to the 685 location, but we were just curious about this new dish and figured go here. If you get a bigger plate it's enough to feed a couple. I mean there's plenty of food. With the firecracker steak and shrimp being a premium item, there is $1.50 up charge. I believe we were supposed to be charged $3 but we only saw $1.50 of charge for having double portions of that new item. For the third part of our item we got the orange chicken. We also added for the $1.50 for three cream cheese. Ragoos. We usually drink water so we can consume the calories through the food. Total came out to about $16. The shrimp is actually really good and the heat on the sauce was enjoyable. The steak is not the top quality steak you would like but for the type they used it was good but a little tough. For our size we got half chow mein and half super greens. Overall, the new dish experience was good and I high suggest you try it.

Service was fine, but orange chicken was very bad, almost no chicken and only a breaded part! Also, a portion it self was pretty small unfortunately! Please get it fixed! Thanks!

Young blonde girl with blue eyes has an issue and needs a reality adjustment to customer service. If I ask for my meal I ordered ahead of time show you my order but says it doesn’t match. Tell me how does it make sense that I knew there was even a name for this order I placed ? It was placed with my middle name but because she sees my first name some where on the screen assuming my email address being Stephen it’s automatically not my meal ? Even though she’s looking at the screen with her own eyes if the extract order she’s refusing to give to me after I paid for it. It’s impossible to take anyone food unless you’re guess millions of names and happen to have xyz in the building.

Food is awful. Spent 12$ and my time to get a food that I am not going to eat. Beijing beef poorly made, it usually has that spice and sweet combination and today it is like burned. Angus steak is more vegetables that steak. Barely 3 pieces of steak. Even the rice was terrible.
