Great brand new restaurant in New Braunfels with plenty of parking and also drive thru. Spacious inside with lots of seating. Friendly employees. Really good food. We got orange chicken with white steamed rice. Two steak with vegetables and the steak was tender and delicious. Large button mushrooms with large vegetables and loaded with steak. Not overly hot pepper dish, so don’t worry. 3 egg rolls, all to go. Really recommend.

Subject: Disappointing Experience – Burnt Orange Chicken and Rice Wednesday January 8th 2025 2696 Loop 337, New Braunfels, TX 78130 Panda Express Management I recently visited your location and ordered two Orange Chicken bowls, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Both bowls were served with burnt rice that had a bitter taste and a charred texture. This completely ruined the meal, as the rice usually complements the dish. It’s shocking that such a basic mistake occurred, especially considering that your business has just opened. One would expect a higher level of care and pride in the food you're serving. Serving burnt food not only reflects poorly on your establishment but could also be a violation of OSHA regulations, as it impacts food safety standards. There's clearly a lack of attention to quality control, and this type of mistake should not be overlooked. I suggest you take the time to carefully inspect the food before serving it, as these issues can lead to serious customer dissatisfaction. Gave this new location a chance and total let down! I’ve only ever had the chicken teriyaki from Panda Express and more times than not, they forget to include the TERIYAKI SAUCE!! So basically end up just getting grilled chicken… there is NOTHING teriyaki about this without the damn sauce!!!

Worse customer service. Went to get food and drive through mic did not work. It had a papers saying please drive up to Window to order. I drove up and the lady walked up to window and just looked at me said not one word to me. I asked if I could order and gave her my order, he comment was did you not see that you order back there? I said no there is a paper saying did not work come up to window to order. She rolled her eyes and I asked to speak to manager! Very unprofessional

The worst panda express even though it’s the new one we had a big issue with the order the first time we went there it had hair in our food so we called back and they said next time we come in, we can get a remake order so when we went back They didn’t put enough portion. She had already made our plate empty the back out so when I called about it, she had said that she had put too much of it so she had to remake the plate like really so when you make the plate you should’ve known how much of a portion it should be in there. She also had issues of us getting so many paper napkins so they asked us. Why are we getting so much paper napkins? OK they’re complementary so I guess we can get how much ever we wanted to get Did not like the manager her name was Chris . She tried to blame us saying that we do this all the time we were from San Antonio so how does she even know that we’re always there? I don’t know if she was judging us by your skin cause we’re Asians and there’s so many Asians in this world and she got us confused and then she apologize saying oh sorry I must’ve had somebody else in her head or something Even though it’s a brand new one is the worst and she’s at the other location and she was not a good manager there so I stopped going to that one in the first place and then started going to this one because this one’s closer to my house and seeing her there Would not recommend because you’re not getting what you paid for the protein per portion is very less even though if you get a bigger plate or the smaller plate or a kids meal kids meal is 10 times less than an adult plate don’t think myself or any of my families that come and visit will be going to this location nor the other one like I said, they never put enough portion of what you’re paying for
