Panda Express

Place a mobile order today. I did not get my order of large crab raccoons nor did I get any of my utensils or my sauces. I ordered a family meal. Also when I called the store the so-called manager refused to give me her name. Also refused to give me the corporate number. I already have called corporate. The store manager did give me a refund for my entire order. This is unacceptable customer service.

I went thru drive-thru and the experience any other drive-thru experience I've had this entire last year. The associates were polite, professional, and kept me up on what was happening. They were extremely busy when I was there. My food arrived timely, hot, and delivered by a friendly associate. The food was delicious, a Bigger Plate of Chow Mein, 2 sides of Orange Chicken, and 1 side of Beijing Beef. Best I've had in a very long time. It was worth the trip and money.

Very quick service at this location. If you are in a hurry and want some Panda Express choose this location! It only took me about 8 minutes to order and wait for my food at the drive thru. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite and I will always pay extra for it! The Rangoon's are also very good and have a bunch of taste. The rice on it's own to me has no flavor, so you usually have to mix it with some sauce or with the chow mein. Overall, this is a great location to come to!

Drive through order, staff did not listen when I asked for white rice, I wanted 2 orders of egg rolls and got 1. The amount of entrees that went with my bigger plate where miniscule compared to my side of rice....we are talking 4-5 pieces of chicken for each entree. Will not be back.

The food was good as always. The process to get it was frustrating, to say the least. It was a drive-thru order. I was told that for teriyaki chicken, there would be a 10-minute wait. Absolutely no issue with that, I pulled around to the handicapped parking as requested. After 12 minutes had passed, I grew slightly impatient and decided to walk inside to see what the hold up was. To my dismay, I saw a full bowl of teriyaki on the display ready to be served. While waiting to speak with someone, I watched 2 orders of teriyaki chicken get prepared and sent out the drive-thru window. Finally, a container that had been sitting off to the side for the whole time I was inside was pulled in front of the chicken and filled, bagged, and the kind girl who ended up grabbing it started to bring it out. It was not her doing, and she was not the manager, nor did I have time to request one at this point. I took my food (after nearly 20 minutes, 18 to be exact) I finally left. This was just unacceptable. I truly hope someone reads this and makes sure it doesn't happen again.
