Panda Express

I got here late about 9pm. They didn't have the meat i wanted but were willing to make it. The staff were all courteous. While I waited, I got to see this great crew at this location doing some of their cleaning. They did by far the best, most thorough job cleaning of everything. I was totally impressed with how clean this location was and how great this crew and manager did tonight!

This is the best location of Panda Express I've been to. The people are always very friendly, even when they are busy, the inside of the restaurant is very clean and open so you can see everything going on in the kitchen, and I have never gotten food from here that was not good. It's always hot and fresh every time. And the wait is nothing compared to some other locations. I don't think I've ever waited more than 6 or 7 minutes. 👍👍

Unfortunately this particular Panda Express is consistently good with not having the menu items available during the lunch hour. And my experience on 12/26/24 was no different. I came to order 3 plates. When I arrived I had to ask for the Honey Walnut Shrimp to be replenished as there were only two left. After about 15 minutes they were finally ready. I try to place my order for the second time only for the to not have enough super greens to complete my three orders. So now I’m told I will have to wait another 10/15 minutes. After 15 min return to the line inquiring about the status of the super greens only to find out that no one was told to cook any!! The most upsetting part of my visit today was that my interactions were with the manager on duty, Jeff. He showed no sense of urgency or empathy towards my 30+ minute wait. And while he proceeded to ring up my transaction I kindly asked for a complementary fountain drink for my wait. That request was met with a blank stare a charge for the fountain drink. Then to top it all off, when I returned to my hotel I discovered that the rice was under cooked and crunchy! I had to finish cooking it in the microwave. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this could have easily been avoided had the manager been on top of his game. Over 40 minutes in wait time for menu items that should have been on the line, under cooked food, lack luster customer service from management and ZERO accountability. Not one apology for my wait time, missing menu items or inconvenience. I hope this is not a reflection of the best practices for the franchise

Delicious food. I always ask for teriyaki sauce to add on top of my chow mein-to keep the noodles from being so dry. The sauce is also good on the meats. Beijing beef is a little spicy 🌶 but tastes well. Sometimes the grilled chicken isn’t well done :( or cooked to my satisfaction… ✅ Fast service ✅ Order accuracy ✅ friendly staff

This was my first ever time trying Panda Express. Kitchen was spotless, and food was amazing. Great customer service/staff led by the manager Lauren. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location
