Customer Reviews
Hey fellas yesterday I happened to be in north Seattle area and decided to eat something nearby ,so I found this place . I ordered a plate with fried rice and shrimps. It looked good at first sight, asked restroom code to wash my hands but it was out of order. Said ok, and ate it in my car . 3-4 hours passed and i came back home and started feeling sick . I got poisoned by food and thrown out 3-4 times . Couldn’t sleep all night taking some medications. Please be careful of what you eat . Don’t recommend this place at all.
I asked for fresh string bean chicken and was happy to wait the estimated 6 minutes because the existing pan was empty with just some dried out veggies left. When I opened up the to go box, I was baffled to see they had added the inedible old string bean chicken on top. This portion should have been thrown in the garbage. I feel like this was on purpose because we were served old dry orange chicken (didn’t realize till we tasted it) and I politely asked if we can have it replaced with fresh as I saw some had just been made. As a past employee of Panda Express I am extremely disappointed. None of those employees would have eaten that, why would they serve it to me.
Just like everyone else I am a huge fan of Panda Express for their usual consistency for their food. The food isnt the problem. I have had two issues with the specific location. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth and only receiving rice and low mein but was missing the entrees for one of my bowls I ordered. Okay, so things happen. my son wasn't going to go malnourished by this mistake but was very disappointed. So I attempt to call. No answer. Okay, I work graveyard so I didnt want to spend times missing these guys so I figured i would just send an email to corporate and let them handle this. I took a pic of the missing entree and receipt and they sent it over to the this location. I never heard a word. Nada, nothing zilch. Look, like I said I love Panda Express, but letting your customers hang to only get ignored by this location is really pathetic. This location has lost my business forever. There are other locations that will get my business. No giving me a refund for this speaks volumes. This has nothing to do with the employees or the food this is all about the owner who makes these decision on how he runs this business. Making a complaint to the Washington State BBB to get this resolved.
The orange chicken was rotten. The chicken was mushy inside and the bad odor. It was so bad, I threw up. Called the store 3 times in a row to tell them. But NO ANSWER. This location is the worst Panda Express location.
This location has its good and bad days as far as food quality goes lol. But I still love it a lot because I don't have a stove in my apartment and I love being able to order so many veggies for a cheap price. :-)
