Panda Express

Panda Express in Hiram Georgia is the ABSOLUTE BEST. The food is always, fresh and tastes amazing. They also make sure to fill your plate properly for the amount of money being spent.

The serving size was smaller than the other Panda Express locations I have eaten at before. The customer service, however, was exceptional. Every entree I asked for was readily available with no wait time. I will definitely come back again, hopefully to deliver a 5-star review. 😃

I was highly disappointed this time around. I sat down to eat a meal with my folks. I went over to the fountain drinks to get a drink and I was fine. My throat felt horrible when I left, over the course of the next 2 days I got extremely sick. I looked it up and it turns out I got sick from the fountain drink I got from the soda machine. They didn't clean it properly or something cause there is no reason I should be feel extremely sick and feeling like my throat is closing up. I had no clue what was happening but it was a type of food poisoning that was unbearable. I do not recommend this panda express. There's a reason why these people have less than a 4.0 It's best if you take your money else where or this might just happen to you guy too.

When went into the restaurant they were out of vegetables and the fire steak and shrimp. The lady said it would be 5 min that they were cooking it. We waited 15min still nothing. When we went up to check they hadn’t even started making the items.. Very poor service! We wound up leaving

I ordered and paid for over $70 worth of food online (I have a big family), got a text saying my order was ready just for me to go inside and them tell me that they were out of the sweetfire chicken that I ordered 4 entrees of. I don't care for the other entrees there so I asked how long it would take for them to make more and was told that they aren't making anymore until tomorrow and I ordered this 2 and a half hours before they close. This is the second time I have ordered this and they didn't have it and one other time I ordered it I literally got 2 pineapple pieces in my two entrees of it that I ordered. I literally would have gone somewhere else had I known they were out and refused to make more because that is honestly the only chicken I like from there. Poor customer service and quality control.
