Panda Express

Food tasted nasty. Noodles were chopped up small bite and orange chicken was very greasy with no taste. I spend $10 dollars on lunch meal and took two bites and trashed my lunch. I will not visit Panda Express at 1467 Ingram street Military base.

4/3/25: Chow mein noodles taste like cigarette smoke. Not coming back.

I ate here today and asked the woman if I could have rangoons with it. She said no. She didn't say why, just NO. I said, Ok can I have broccoli then? She yelled, "I'm done with this! I'M DONE! " She threw my plate of food and stormed off. Everyone in the kitchen was staring at her. Then she came back, picked up my food from where she threw it and continued to ask what I wanted, like nothing happened. I was completely shocked by how sassy and mean she was for no reason at all. When I went to pay the woman who took my money didn't make eye contact with me or speak to me at all. It was a strange experience and I've never been treated like that at a Panda Express. I won't be going back there. The food wasn't worth the harassment. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Normally I am a fan of Panda Express, but this location is a far cry from my normal experience. I ordered a two-item plate with teriyaki chicken, kung-pao chicken, noodles, and a soda (not my normal fare not the line was already out of a number of items, including fried rice). When they chopped up the chicken for the teriyaki chicken, I noticed they didn't put any teriyaki sauce on it before handing me my plate, so I asked them to add it. "We are out of teriyaki sauce.". What?!? How can Panda Express be out of teriyaki sauce? Don't you stock bottles of this sauce for customer purchase? Anyway, I would have been nice to be told when I asked for teriyaki chicken that you didn't have the teriyaki sauce. When I get to the register, they ask if I want ice in my drink. I tell them yes. They respond my telling me they are also out of ice, so I needed to go fill up my cup with ice at the Subay next door and come back. Is there anything you aren't out of? Then, when I dig in to my kung pao chicken, I realize that the chef has decided the normal Panda Express recipe wasn't spicy enough as the heat did not overpower everything else - so he "fixed" it. All I taste is heat. It tastes nasty.

Ive been to this location for many o' months. Todays visit was something out of a horor movie. I was standing in line and the first sever loks at me and says "You look like a dirty hippie" and i was flabergasted. I repkued with " Atleast i dont look like a manged squirel" which i got to say she really did. Then she took my order as if notji g happend. But at the end (after i pay) she looks at me opens gge container and proceds to pour the food on to her mangy body then strip out of her clothes and run out of the building. But besides that i enjoy going to this location. Good food
