Honestly I usually eat here at least once a week, however it’s been about a month since my last visit. Mind you Panda is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. (And had this location given me reason to leave a good review so far I would have) but I’ve had mediocre service everytime I come in. When I arrived not only was the staff as slow as they could be scooping food and cashing customers out (during a 5-6pm rush) also half of the employees in the restaurant were not wearing hear nets. (At first I didn’t care) being a culinary graduate I hated hair nets. But when i got home I found multiple small hairs in my orange chicken and 2 very long black hairs. I most definitely won’t be back.

I go to this location at least once a month and it's been very reliable for the last 2 years but today was the worst plate I've received. The taste was okay kinda bland (maybe it was sitting for a while?). What upset me was I ordered beef and broccoli but they gave me only broccoli and two small pieces of beef.

Panda Express consistently delivers good food with reliable quality, which is why I keep coming back. You know what to expect, and they rarely miss the mark in terms of flavor and consistency. That said, this particular location could benefit from operational improvements. It’s clear that online orders are a significant part of their business (I’m sure the owner has the data to back this up). However, the current system creates noticeable bottlenecks. Dine-in and walk-in customers often end up waiting longer because staff are busy fulfilling online orders. A separate kitchen or a dedicated system for online orders would go a long way in addressing this issue and improving the overall customer experience. I hope they consider this adjustment to better serve all their customers.

Ordered online a head of time. When I showed up the food was not ready told. Had to wait 10 minutes to get food that should have already been available for pick up. Then once the food was done the cashier kept ringing out orders, instead of expediting the late online order. Panda really needs to check in on this place if I were a secret shopper I’d give this place an F for terrible service.

Stopped in 11/24/24 and the line was long. I believe now that the line was so long because everyone knew this was the place to eat. The staff were working hard and the flow was excellent. Food was plenty and hot. Very enjoyable meal out. Don’t get that kind of hustle anymore. Keep up the great work.
