"I stopped by this Panda Express location and had a decent experience. The kung fu chicken was tasty but that veggie zucchini is spoiled , but the Beijing beef was a bit overcooked. The fried rice was average, nothing special. The portion sizes were okay, but I've had better value at other locations. The staff was friendly, but the restaurant could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. Overall, it was an average experience, not bad but not great. Maybe I'll give them another try in the future."

I ordered a dish to eat at the restaurant and I found a hair on my plate. I would like to upload a photo but I am not allowed to. I approached the manager Alondra to inform her and show her my dish. Her response was abrupt and unfriendly, giving me an unprofessional request.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location recently. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two plate meals. The employee didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else, such as drinks or additional items, which is standard courtesy. When I got to the window and asked to add a sweet tea to my order, the manager, Nareem, displayed poor customer service. Instead of simply accommodating my request, he acted rudely and said I’d need to drive around again. This made no sense since I was already at the window and ready to pay. It’s disappointing when employees, especially managers, lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Customer service is key in the food industry, and this experience fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they address these issues with their staff.

Food was good and hot. Place was clean, staff was friendly.

Food is raw. I hope we don’t get sick. I tried to call but no one is answering, so now I will reach out to corporate. This is not okay!
