Panda Express

Fresh steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken are so good. Yummy 😋

Reece was wonderful, and so we’re the two young people serving up entrees and sides. All were polite and friendly. This was our first time at a Panda Express. Husband and I both chose fried rice, but he got the teriyaki chicken (did not like the sauce, but loved the chicken), and I got their signature orange chicken (the sweet and sour sauce was the best I’ve had in a packet & Husband agreed!). Husband got a small drink. I stuck with water. We helped ourselves at the beverage station, next to utensils and napkins. Both of us agreed that our chicken choices were excellent. The sweet and sour sauce on the fried rice was wonderful. This place is easy to find. It’s right off of SR 54. Just east of the Veteran’s. It’s got lots of parking spaces, with lots of seating inside. There are a few places outside to eat. It’s bright and clean inside. We look forward to returning to this business.

Food was generally good, but some items were under seasoned. That aside, this location was exceptionally clean. This is a brand new restaurant, so I imagine it will improve with time. Still, if you're up for a quick, reasonably priced meal, this place fits the bill.

I’m not sure if Panda Express realizes how much of an impact an employee can have on a customer’s dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit today left me so disappointed that I doubt I’ll return. The employee named Dominique made my experience particularly unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, Dominique completely ignored me and my spouse as we stood at the counter, despite there being no one else in line. He didn’t say a word, just looked at us and walked away without offering any assistance. When another employee finally came over to take our order, Dominique began slamming pots and pans loudly, making it nearly impossible for us to communicate. It felt inconsiderate and disruptive, as though there was no regard for the customers. The second employee, while taking our order, seemed equally disinterested, forcing me to repeat myself several times. I understand that working in a restaurant isn’t easy, but customer service is essential for any successful business. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I can’t see myself returning to this location.

Was informed that Panda doesn't offer a senior discount; however, I received a senior discount two days prior. I told them you to keep the food - there are plenty of other options that offer senior discounts... bye.
