Panda Express

Portion control needs to be better. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides of chow mein. When the employee was filling the box the noodles were so skimpy I had to ask for him to fill it more which he did. After all that the box still wasn't full. It was maybe 85-90% full and weighed 15oz. I shouldn't have to ask for the box to be filled to the top.

Definitely one of the worst Panda Express restaurants I’ve visited. I’ve already left feedback on the website. The tldr is poor protein portion. And this isn’t my first visit here, so I’m disappointed.

It’s always one thing or another here , unless you go during the day while the female drive threw workers are working , if not the chow mein would have been sitting since the night before or the orange chicken will be as chewy as gum.

I have eat at a lot of Panda Express locations over the years all over the US and they are really mid at best. But this location is the worst I have ever experienced. The food is never fresh and is always dried out. I always ask when it was made and they tell me every time it was just made. Would highly recommend to stay away!

I have had 2 very bad experiences here. The first was after my 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered and was told fried rice would be about a 10 minute wait. It was for my rice so I said I would wait so I paid and the drive through service member told me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out to me. I pulled up and after 20 minutes I had to go inside to find out they had forgotten completely about my order. I had to show them my receipt so they could make it which they then had barely enough fried rice for me after giving to other people. They offered me a drink as compensation but I was just ready to get my food and go home. A drink? What’s it. My second bad experience was tonight after a 12 hour shift again at the hospital. I ordered, was told there was a wait for teriyaki chicken. It was for my wife so I waited. They asked if I needed any sauce at the window and then when they brought it out it had nothing but the meals. I then had to go in to get teriyaki sauce I originally requested. Then I get home to find that the broccoli beef I had ordered was ONLY BROCCOLI. Just a full entree that was broccoli. Again another terrible experience that was a waste of time and money. I will not longer be coming here. Neither should you.
