Panda Express

I was here 10am Nov.22nd I wish I got the lady's name but I didn't. I placed a online order for myself and my son. I guess I forgot to put in the comments to pack the Teriyaki separate being he has a food allergy. Poor lady was understaffed and super busy but still accommodated my request. She was clearly a bit overwhelmed but still went above and beyond. Great Service and thank you again :)

I like Panda Express generally but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered ala carte boxes and when I got home, one of the boxes were about 60% full. I didn't really feel like going back and knee the person behind the counter was being trained but no one was working with him and I thought I heard someone say something about being his first shift and it was busy, so understand that they were not able possibly to provide some help for him. I guess I have to check if I order again before leaving the store.

Not surprised to see all of the other one star reviews of this place. Second time I have ordered from this location in the past month, both times orders were messed up. Last time I ordered half chow mein and half fried rice, only got chow mein. This time I ordered the meal with three entrees. I noticed the third entree was missing before I left and asked about it. The employee told me that they package the third entree in the container. Every other panda I have been to puts the third on the side in a separate container. I get home and there is no third entree, but for some reason double Beijing beef and orange chicken over the rice.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. Waited in the line for over an hour, then my order was cold, wrong, and they gave me someone else's receipt! Tried to go back in to get it fixed, but couldn't even make it to the counter because the line was so long. Definitely won't be back

My sides were in my wife's plate and my wife's sides were in my plate. And they didn't give me both the sides I ordered. How is steamed rice crunchy? Hadn't been in a while and probably won't go back for a long time either. The only good part about dinner was I did not have to cook it.
