Panda Express

I only gave it 3 stars because it was a new guy there I believe his name was Daniel he was a really nice and happy young man really trying his best great customer service skills then here comes Kristin not friendly at all (not even the new guy she was rude )she left me standing at the register while she continued to take orders from the drive in she seem upset because I had points for being a panda member she estimated my total told me around 20.25 took my 20 and said have a nice day my food was still on her side of the counter I come here often because me and my coworker love the food and the service use to be great we all have experience they same rudeness from this young lady we will not be going to this one again mind you it’s of order for 8 people I will be calling cooperate

The worst experience ever. I got there and asked for the order with my customers name. I was told to wait by this tall gentleman with Red tips in his hair. 12 minutes later I’m asking is the food ready yet for the customer and he said when it’s done cooking, it will be ready. I asked him why the food wasn’t ready. Why wasn’t I told so I can relay this to my customer and he said well. I’m just waiting for one more thing. I said to him you had to keep me apprised as to what’s going on, me being the customer on behalf of my customer , communication is needed and he just stood there with his hand on his hip, looking at me like he’s some kind of diva and what I’m saying, doesn’t even matter to him. His manager walked right past and ignored the entire conversation.

The food didn't taste fresh, my rice was kind of burnt at the bottom. My husband had the beef with peppers it was overcooked. 7.5/ 10

The employees are so nice and welcoming. It was my first time at any Panda Express and they made it so easy for me to order. The store was the cleanest I've ever seen any fast food place. And I was in and out. Great service 100% recommended.

Great service, until you get home and realized they shorted you an order of beyond orange chicken. It was obvious from the pieces of batter with no protein in it that they tried to hide it. I tried to double my order at the time but didn't feel like waiting for them to make more. They made me believe they had at least 1 FULL order for my plate. The deception 😞! Tried them a second time, they didn't have any beyond. Well at least they didn't do me wrong that time. I prefer the one on middle belt near I-96.
