Panda Express

My first time dining in here and was more than satisfied with the quality of food. Atmosphere was great too. Was attended by staff efficiently and professionally. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

My experience at the Panda Express in Murphy, Texas, was nothing short of abysmal. The food was a travesty; the so-called "fresh" ingredients tasted stale and unappetizing. The staff's incompetence was on full display, with orders consistently incorrect and service slower than a snail's pace. The restaurant's cleanliness was questionable at best, making the dining experience utterly unpleasant. I would strongly advise against subjecting yourself to this culinary disaster.

This location is my go to spot for work lunch. I visit them 1-2 times per week. It’s a well managed location, service is friendly and speedy. I recently switched to their online ordering system and it’s been a great time saver. I order in advance and pick up when it’s ready. Great place for some quick Chinese food fix.

Cream cheese ragoons are missing the cream cheese component. I tried calling twice to no avail. Someone needs to reach out.

Didn’t receive a full order of the chili shrimp in my plate and I asked for half greens half rice and managed to give me all veggies I caught it before I drove off but when I got home realized I only had 4 shrimp in my plate (pictured..count it 4 shrimp!!!) called the manager I believe he said his name was Raul as I tried to explain my complaint I asked how many shrimp comes in the plate he said 7 I told him I paid an extra $1.25 for 4 shrimp but then he preceded to rush me off the phone said he was ‘busy’ too busy obviously to get my order right! then passed me off to another staff member…how unprofessional! He offered to replace my plate but was very rude about it! The absolute worst customer service ever!!! If your staff made the mistake apologize and try to make it right don’t make excuses and then get upset because you’re being called out on it…need to take a class on customer service and how to treat your customers with respect! Without customers you have no job…remember that! Wait til the one in Wylie opens maybe they will have better trained staff!
