When I order fried rice it's hard and over cooked. When I order chow mein it's mostly cabbage with hardly any noodles. The atmosphere isn't horrible, but the tables tend to be dirty when I dine in. Customer service could use work, but it's ok.

They charged my card before telling me that my food wasn’t ready. They didn’t even give me an estimated time as to when it would be ready. So I had to sit in the hot car for 20 plus minutes waiting for my food. If certain items are not ready, tell the customer that before you charge their card and allow them to make the decision on whether or not they want to wait.

I ordered food at this location online back on November 13 and my order was messed up. I called the restaurant and the manager insisted on taking my name and putting my information in a book versus giving me a refund. She told me to return anytime and they would make my order completely over. Well, I decided to, go back on December 22 and of course my name was not in the book. No one had any information as if my order didn’t exist. Thankfully, I had the order on my email and there was a gentleman there by the name of Melvin who took excellent care of me I would’ve given five stars except for the fact that I had to come inside and they didn’t have my information in the book. But I just want to say I really appreciate Melvin taking care of my order and making things right we need more people like that in the world! I hope he has a wonderful, blessed Christmas and that was excellent customer service. 🙏🏽🎄

Worst place to get food in this area. Always have to wait for my food when ordering drive thru and for some reason they always mess up my orders. Tried over and over again to give them the benefit of the doubt but i just keep setting myself up. Avoid this places drive thru , and if you can’t. Check your vid before you leave. Even though they probably gave you wait up front, bro g you your food and still make you wait more for something they forgot.

Am I getting a half discount in the food in terms of the size?? Also no sauce at all for takeout order. Good saving strategy Panda Express 1463 store!! Plus, fortune cookies taste like past three years expiration. Gosh this is so terrible
