When I first moved to this neighborhood, this Panda Express had great food and service. For a few months now, the food has been mediocre at best. Maybe new management or something. I didn’t realize just how bad they had gotten until I visited the IAH location. It was 100% better. My wife brought this plate in the picture today. You can see the teriyaki chicken is burnt, the chicken and mushrooms is a bit oily. The shrimp in the side was terrible. I won’t go back to this location until they change management.

Arrived to establishment, for dinner and saw many waiting for food. My friend and I were standing there waiting. He got served and was told to wait on food to be ready, then I was completely ignored. I stood there while many saw that I was there and they walked away. Then as others walked in, I was still ignored and others behind me were served. The manager or supervisor (tall slim guy) looked at me and turned away many times.. I was just standing there and kept saying hello.. Never got served at all, finally at 7:30 pm, dropped my tray off and just said I'll just go somewhere else. Not a blink or care just going about their business, they didnt care for my business apparently. But my friend got served, just not me.. Worst service ever received... I will suggest heavily that friends, family and colleagues avoid this establishment.

Ordered a pick up from app. They gave my food to someone else. Refused to remake the food. Would not refund. Ripped me off for 40$. Do not go to this location. Worse panda in the city

Very dissatisfied with the value. Order the Family Feast to-go for $32 plus tax and received partially filled containers. Usually they would be filled to the brim. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
