About Panda Express

Panda Express, situated at 5230 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505, USA (phone: (281) 991-1888 or +1 281-991-1888), serves the local community as a Chinese restaurant offering a range of familiar and popular dishes.

Customer experiences appear to be mixed. One recent review expressed disappointment with the amount of protein served, noting that both a bowl and a plate contained very little chicken, often consisting of small scraps. This suggests potential inconsistencies in portion sizes for protein-based dishes.

Conversely, another customer reported a positive experience, stating that their order, which included pepper beef, orange chicken, chow mein, super greens, egg roll, and cheese Rangoon, was hot and fresh. This positive feedback indicates that the restaurant can deliver on freshness and temperature, and that some customers find the food satisfactory enough to warrant a return visit.

Based on the limited review information available, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the restaurant's environment and services. However, as a well-known chain, Panda Express typically offers a casual dining setting with a focus on quick service. Customers generally order at a counter and can choose to dine in or take their food to go.

Key features of Panda Express often include their signature dishes like Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Broccoli Beef, along with a selection of sides such as chow mein, fried rice, and mixed vegetables. The menu caters to those looking for familiar Chinese-American flavors in a fast-food style format.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. For the latest offers or menu updates, it is recommended to contact the restaurant directly or visit their official website.

In conclusion, Panda Express on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena offers a convenient option for those seeking Chinese-American cuisine. While experiences can vary, with some concerns raised about protein portions, other customers have found the food to be hot and fresh. It is advisable for potential customers to consider these mixed reviews when making their dining decisions.

Don't eat here if you want any of the protein. I got a bowl and saw hardly any protein so next visit got a plate to try to get more of the chicken. With the plate I got less chicken than the bowl had. Most of the chicken was just little scraps as well.

Ordered online and paid extra for the walnut shrimp. My wife was disappointed and really likes the flavor of the walnut on the shrimp. Called to comment and ask the reason why there was no walnut. The lady that answered was kind and said they were waiting for a shipment for the walnut and they ran out. I was upset and asked why we were not informed that they did not have walnuts for the shrimp. She apologized but made not attempt to satisfy a customer. No hey let me get you an entree for next time or nothing like other restaurants. She said there is no way to input a message online to let the consumer know that they are out of a product. When I asked ,"but I picked up the order in person and you could of let us know then. "There was a pause and said ,"Is there anything else I can help you with?" I was just shocked. I said, "No ty, I would just like for you all to let people know you guys are out of product ." The portion of the shrimp was also on the light side.I mean you pay more to get a "premium " entree. So overall I wish they would attend to the customer a little better and hopefully this helps if someone is craving Panda Express and not order from this location. This is not the first time we order here but I will no longer order here. I would rather drive further for better portions and service .

Food is always good AND is reasonably priced! We share the 3 entree platter, egg rolls, and a drink, and it feeds the two of us for under $20. If it's busy inside, you might have to share one of the long, community tables. It's our go to every time we are in the area!
