The staff here is friendly and attentive. Come before the rush or order online to avoid the lines. A lot of people say that the family meal is economical but I don’t know if it really beats two large plates with 3 entrees and 1 side. I believe the 3 entrees have more variety when the portions don’t add up, except that the containers on the family meals aren’t always overpacked depend on the packer.

There was only four people ahead of me online and it took nearly an hour to order a bowl and check out. They were not properly stuffed. The people that were working were extremely slow, and it appeared that the manager was walking around knowing there was a line building for orders. They had people waiting that were trying to order at that moment and people waiting for pickup. Don't take online orders when you can't handle the orders for people standing right in front of you. Then the manager had the audacity to yell out. Stop taking customer orders. We need to finish all to go orders. Made me regret walking in there when I could have just ordered off of the app. What I thought would be a 5-minute in and out, for one bowl, took way too long and with the worst service I've ever had at any Panda Express ever. I will not be returning here!

I recognize working in fast food is not everyone’s dream job but its’s an opportunity. Restaurant was out of brewed tea so I asked for a refund and I was told they don’t have brewed tea anymore. Despite there being two empty tea canisters I asked to talk to a manager to get a refund, a manager, Karen who I observed coming into the store to have her phone speaker on blast while seated in the dining room right next to a family, completely oblivious to the impact of her listening to things on her phone could affect others. Super rude. Horrible dine in experience.

I love this Panda Express location . Always there is long line waiting and good things about it make you get fresh food . Good customer service . Inviting environment and clean area.
