One of the standout features of Panda Express, according to customer feedback, is their signature Orange Chicken. Described by one reviewer as "the best I've had anywhere so far," this popular dish is a testament to the restaurant's ability to deliver consistently flavorful and well-loved items. The review further suggests that "basically, everything there is also delicious," indicating a general satisfaction with the quality of the food offered at Panda Express.

However, the same reviewer raised a point regarding the quantity of food received for the price, stating that this was the primary reason for not giving a 5-star rating. This honest feedback suggests that while the taste and quality of the food are generally well-received, some customers may perceive the portion sizes relative to the cost as a potential area for consideration.

Another customer review highlighted concerns regarding order accuracy and customer service related to online orders. This review mentioned receiving a half-empty box of rice and only two out of three ordered rangoons, despite ordering a full plate with an appetizer. The reviewer expressed disappointment with the accuracy of their order and suggested a need for improved training for the staff to ensure better order fulfillment. This feedback underscores the importance of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders, especially for online and takeout services.

Panda Express primarily operates on a quick-service model, offering both dine-in and takeout options. This allows customers to choose the most convenient way to enjoy their meal, whether it's a quick lunch at the restaurant or a family dinner at home. The ease of ordering and the speed of service are key aspects of the Panda Express experience.

Pandas orange chicken is the best I've had anywhere so far! Also, basically, everything there is also delicious. What can I say? The only reason I can't leave a 5 star is not because of quality, It's because of quantity for the price. Again, this isn't a negative review. it's just an honest one.

What kind of customer/line service are you running? Do customers need to physically open their online orders to make sure they're accurate? Ordered a full plate with appetizer and get a half empty box of rice. And only 2 out of 3 rangoons. Train your people better. Unacceptable

I don’t know why you’re trained to fulfill online orders when I am standing there in the store ready to go. How bout you tell the online orders to wait since I visited your store in person? It is especially rude and disrespectful when you use the last of a product, like the fried rice, filling those online orders and then look at me and say “it’ll be 8 minutes until the rice is ready”. Like I came into your store and watched you fill the rice in boxes that you then set on a rack for someone to come pick up.. do you know how aggravating it is that I sit there and stare at the rice that SHOULD have been put in my order for the entire 8 minutes that I had to wait? I walked out the door looking at that online order that was still not picked up. So why did you have to fill it first and make me wait? Even though I’m in the store? I have never felt so disrespected as a customer and it will be a miracle if I ever give you my money again.

Food was cold and I mean cold not warm at all. The honey walnut shrimp were soggy and chewy. But hey the spring rolls were good so I’ll give them that and those had some warmth to them. AND the Fortune cookie was old to the point where is didn’t snap it was more spongy

12 Oct 24 my husband & I got take out at this location. He got the Chicken Kung Pao with white rice and I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein. Our portions were so big that we have leftovers for tomorrow. Both meals were delicious and priced reasonable.
