Panda Express

The new managers they have now are kicking ass! The smaller one was super sweet, while maintaining complete professionalism. I wish I would have got her name, but it was pretty busy at the time, so I didn’t want to bother her. The food was good too! This location seems to be changing for the better :)

This was our first time at this Panda Express. And we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was clean. The food was fresh and hot and very yummy.

Bernadette!!! The Superstar! She is super awesome and my what a beautiful person she is! Gracious, kind, personable, friendly, cheerful disposition, helpful, and effervescent! One of the best, if not the best, dining experiences I've ever had truly! While I know she sat the gold standard, it's going to be hard for other staff to measure up to this exceptional and unsurpassed level of excellence. I certainly hope they try as it may he able to be duplicated. It most certainly can be reciprocated, and that is makes for an unforgettable, pleasurable dining experience. Every time I order from their app, they report the food is ready for pickup when it is not. Tonight, once again I received a text message that my order is ready for pickup. 11 minutes later, I go to pick up my order and they are still preparing it. I asked why I received a text saying my order is ready. I was told that their system goes red on my order and they have to say it is done to not get in trouble. I was literally told to call them and not use the app to place my order or call ahead to verify the order is really ready to be picked up. I expressed how this is dishonest to say my order is ready when it is not. They blamed it on the Beijing beef not being ready. I got home to discover they put an empty container labeled Beijing beef! This is the worst location ever!

I usually order for pick up. The food is pretty good but they never put the teriyaki packets in the order for the teriyaki chicken. Then we are at home and have to call back and say anything they argue that they didn't have the sauce packets or this is how it comes. It's not consistent. I like that it's cheap but that's what you get.
