The negative reviews are brutal... I hit the drive thru around 1230pm. The gal was super nice on the mic and confirmed my order. The was really friendly at the window and accommodated my request for chopsticks. I got back to my office 5 minutes away and the food was delicious.

Shout out to the great, honest staff at this location. I was there for lunch like 7 hours ago and left my wallet behind on accident. I didn’t realize it until tonight. Anyway, it’s a snowstorm and I tried calling like 5 times - but something was wrong with their phones (I could hear them, but they couldn’t hear me). A young man calls me back from his personal phone and lets me know - and I ask about my wallet. They had it in the safe! Whew! So I headed there in the storm to pick it up. And, everything was still in there as it was. Very thankful!! Also, lunch was good as usual! Always good food, service, and very clean.

I originally went in for a free reward which I asked about an egg roll , they said they were out I was confused as it was noon. I then asked are they out and they said it will take 10-12 minutes I would have been okay with that so I had to cancel that and spend my own money on a Rangoon. I ordered a large and she said let me check if there is enough. After checking she bagged the food and I checked the amount there was only 11. So I went in and they kept saying “it was a mistake” and didn’t even offer a substitute until I made an issue out of it. The manager took no action and the employee blamed a mistake after counting the Rangoon’s. I confronted the manager asking “how does this happen” and she said “must have been a mistake”. Very rude service after cooking the new Rangoons the one singular new one was cold as well as my original 11 Rangoon’s. Very disappointed I hope something is done about this they knowingly did not give the amount required in a large order. They should have something done about it.

It's fast food. In theory, at least. It's all overpriced at this point but it satisfies a need and you know what you're getting when you go to a Panda Express. This location, however, can be quite slow. Case in point, I came through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around because my order would be 5 to 7 minutes. 20 minutes later, I went inside to ask what was going on and they informed me that, while they were waiting for the item that was going to take 5-7 minutes, they sold out of one of the other items I had ordered and had to make it fresh. That's just bad service and poor organization. I'm now writing this review at 25 minutes and my food still hasn't come out the door. Other people have literally walked in the door, gotten their food, have eaten and are now leaving the restaurant while I'm still waiting for my food. I won't be back.

I usually have a pleasant time at this location. Tonight on this particular evening (today) I came in to redeem my bday reward. The young girl on the register was refusing me to use my bday reward without buying something. It does not say that on the coupon. She insisted. It’s just me, I did not need anything else. After she gave me enough attitude and no one else in store knew.. I tried to order through the app. Sure enough, no purchase necessary in order to redeem birthday reward. What would be the point of a loyalty bday meal, if I had to buy something else. The young lady needs to be not only retrained on your policies, but also on how to treat a customer. Her snickers on my way out were uncalled for.
