Panda Express

Clean new location , lots of entrees and fresh food available but the staff is very poorly trained and they start your order and then just walk away mid order without saying anything. Then when the next person takes over they don't understand what was going on and they have a hard time applying coupons and ringing you up and not overcharging. Not happy with this location and wouldn't recommend, which is a shame because it's one of the ones that has string bean chicken not all the Panda expresses seem to carry that anymore...

I have been going to Panda for years, and was so happy when one finally opened near my house. I have gone there multiple times and have had countless issues. The most common is them not giving me enough meat. I have tried contacting them on this almost every time that it happens and have hoped that it would be resolved. I went tonight and got 2 large entrees, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, and the orange chicken is less full as usual and the teriyaki chicken is the lowest it has ever been. I am officially giving up on this location and going back to the one I went to before.

March 14, 2025 @ 7pm MT. Walking into the restaurant, it was not busy and I was able to immediately order food. While the food was being packaged, I noticed an employee with an extension pole and he was cleaning high areas in the kitchen. This caused alarm as there was food directly in proximity of the employee cleaning, within 5 feet. I made a comment to the cashier, and he called for the manager. The manager came over and I shared my observation/concern, she responded that there was no dust up there and they were cleaning with water. I let her know if they were “cleaning”, then dirt/dust can fall into the food. I asked why this was not being done before business hours or after they close, she said they close at 11pm and needed to get it done. The manager did not care and did not take any action. Cleaning above the food is unacceptable and should take place when no food is present. I am a consistent patron of Panda Express and this behavior and response is inappropriate for food safety/health. I am sharing with the local Health Department, the same facts as this cannot be an approved practice for food safety and health. Panda Express should provide food freshly prepared, consistent portions, and food which is prepared and maintained in sanitary conditions. This recent visit has failed expectations Sad!!! The entire staff, especially management, need to undergo food/safety training.

I went through the drive-through at 530ish, and when I got to my hotel 8 minutes away, my box of food looked and tasted like it was 3 hours old. Chicken, onions, Pinapple, and noodles were all discolored and tasted dried out and flavor profile of cardboard. I got a Bigger plate with Chow Mein and Sweet Fire Chicken.

Ordered through panda website, supposed to be delivered through door dash (but they don't tell you that when you order). After an hour and half we didn't receive our order. No contact from door dash or panda. Had to go to store to ask where our food was. Apparently someone from door dash (not our driver) picked the food up before our driver got there. Not sure if it was a random person and grabbed it or if it was an actual driver and gave someone else our order. The Manager said to contact door dash for refund or reorder for the food, but she promptly took care of us and remade our entire order. They didn't have to remake our order for us, thank you to the store manager and crew. Highly recommend this store, but be aware if you order through their website it's delivered through door dash without knowing.
