The manager Natalia is very rude and very quick with her customers. She rung me up for beef and broccoli when I asked for orange chicken. I checked my order before leaving and realized it was wrong. I told her I asked for orange not beef and broccoli she slammed the beef and broccoli in the garbage. And made the right order she also didnt ring me for the crab Rangoon I asked for. Once I realized that I told that I asked for crab Rangoon and she said no you didn't. You didn't ask for that. I said ma'am I can pay for it with my card in my hand. She said we'll you didn't ask for it. She's argumentative and not pleasant at all. These restaurants winder why they don't have a flood of customers. It's because your staff is terrible. Do better PANDA EXPRESS. THIS MANAGER IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR BRAND. THATS WHY THIS STORE HAS A 3.5 RATING NOW.

They whole pot of rice was burnt and it even smelled burnt . When i ask for some fresh rice , the girl gave an attitude look on her face that was so dissatisfying it almost upset me. She didn’t wanna exchange my box for fresh rice and when she finally did , it was still burnt. I just left cause i didnt wanna get upset today but this was my first and last time ever coming here. Really need to get it together.

At this location, my food was hot and fresh. I had the two entrées which were Beijing beef and orange chicken along with the chow mein. It was very delicious. The drive through staff was OK could be a bit friendlier. There wasn’t a long line at the time that I went which was around 8:30 my experience I would say was still good. Would definitely return to this location.

Attn: Natalie/ Natalia ( Black Shirt) and Corporate. If you’re not going to allow paying patrons to sample the food in which they are paying for DO NOT come out with any flavors recipes etc. Please teach staff ( Natalia/ Natalie) to show an apologetic decorum as this establishment is known for giving a sample. If that is how management is running this particular location 3.6 is not surprising. Don’t be rude or rush patrons. 10/10 do not recommend.For those that don’t know .. NO SAMPLES just get the orange chicken and go.

Maria Anchondo deserves a raise! she always uses correct portions, has amazing manners, bright smile, great customer service. I've gone here for 2 years and she's always there to serve me. I'm a regular and the place always looks great, friendly staff, and good accommodations. Food is great as always. Shout out to María!
