Ordered online- white rice, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, another plate, a kids plate, and cream cheese rangoons. The food looked and tasted absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen their teriyaki chicken look like that. It doesn’t even look like chicken. They gave me fried rice instead of white rice, and the cream cheese rangoons were burnt. This 1 in the picture looked like it opened up in the fryer but they still chose to serve it to their customer! This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. They had so many people working that day, but the service and food were extremely poor. I had to ask the guy at the counter about the apple crisps and kids drink because he forgot to give it to me. When I went back to complain about the grey, unappetizing chicken, I only received those very small containers as a replacement of a different meat and white rice. I wrote to customer service and still haven’t received an answer. A waste of money, do not go here!

Purchased today 4 meals 2 of had broccoli beef and they had no beef to the broccoli! Another meal had walnut shrimp in the bigger plate side container and only had 4 shrimp in the side order, overall I spent 60 bucks for half full plates.

This was not good at all it had no flavors it all tasted the same! I got beef & broccoli (NO BEEF AT ALL) and teriyaki chicken 🤦🏾‍♀️!It was water by the soda machine I almost fell I told the workers NOBODY moved! Never going back

Terrible customer service. The person taking my order asked me to go to the window for my total. Employee at the window told me my total was 15.37. I look at my receipt which the employee had pulled out of the trash can. I told her I wasn't asked if I wanted to give a donation and I was charged for my 3rd entree separately. She said she couldn't do anything about the entree. She could give me the donation back but not refund me for the difference in the entree, it's only a few cents. I won't be going back there.

We went in at night time around 9:30 and it was awful. They didn't have anything we wanted and the food was sitting out for a while. They didn't offer to make what we wanted even if it was a wait. The cashier told me that herself. Orange chicken was sour. Chowmein was only vegetables as you can see in the picture. And we didnt even get a good portion of chicken. I know it was 30 minutes before closing time but i was at least expecting them to be in stock of most items.
